Re: Street Fighter IV/Super SF IV/SSF IV: Arcade Edition (360/PS3/PC)
I recently got back into having street fighter 4 in my game rotation and for the most part this news give me one more reason to switch between the one and 360.Comment

Anyone upgrade to Ultra? Any thoughts. Reviews seem positive and the FGC has embraced it. If this were on PS4 I would have jumped for sure. For now I'm holding steady but if I do play it I will be using the DS4 as the controller.Comment

Re: Street Fighter IV/Super SF IV/SSF IV: Arcade Edition (360/PS3/PC)
Game is free for XBox Live Gold members now. Downloaded it...used to be a huge SFII fan (like every kid from the 90's I guess) with some modicum of skill, and the game looks great, but I realized that fighting games have totally passed me by at this point. I know this is going to sound crotchety (SF is like 20 years old...yikes), but this game is just too hard for me. The million combos and timing of button presses are just way beyond me. Plus, I'm now discovering why people who play fighting games buy fighting-game specific sticks - the D-pad of the Xbox360 controllers is truly horrible. I always said the X360 controller is the best one, but now I'm seeing the major flaws in the D-pad design (whereas before its lack of accuracy was just a minor annoyance).
It's still sorta fun as a game to mess around with, but I'm glad I didn't pay anything for it (well, nothing extra anyway...). Good note to myself: no more fighting games ever.Comment

Re: Street Fighter IV/Super SF IV/SSF IV: Arcade Edition (360/PS3/PC)
I've gotta give it to Capcom, they've managed to milk this game for all it's worth. I'll be buying it because I traded in my 360 a long time ago and miss playing Street Fighter. The price point is perfect for me.Comment

I've bought every version but quite happy with my PC version of Ultra. Next SF I get will be SF5.Comment

Ultra Street Fighter 4 on PS4 will support PS3 FightSticks thanks to Lab Zero's driver, same as MK:

I haven't played SF in years, but the price is just right to hop back in. I'll be picking it up, for sure. Loving my fighting game rotation.Comment

Re: Street Fighter IV/Super SF IV/SSF IV: Arcade Edition (360/PS3/PC)
$25 is a bit too much for me to buy sight unseen, but if the claims that the netcode is improved are true I might pick it up after release. Nothing kills a SF game like input delay.Comment
