For those of you that have the game (bk, extreme, etc.) does this game have more of a sim flight feel than ACE6 , about the same, or lean toward the arcade side? Does it have the option to make the game more sim or harder as far as flight control? How does it compare to Ace overall?

P.s. I have the flight stick also any impressions welcomed.

More of an arcade feel to me, but I like it that way. Already better than Ace Combat 6 was, to me anyway.

Really liking this game. Had fun with the demo, but the game is so much better. The team deathmatch is really fun, and there seems to be a lot to unlock as you rank up.

It's simcadish.

There are more options for a realistic flight mode. haven't really messed with that though.

I like it a lot better than AC6.

I'm going to go pick this one up tomorrow. I've been playing the hell out of the demo as it is fun as heck, can't wait for the full version.

I even ordered the Saitek AV8R-02 joystick to play this game. Even in the demo, they show the diagram for this joystick in the options menu. This stick(works for both PC and 360) should've been bundled with this game, since it's cheap($49.95), and the game's been specifically designed for it and vice-virsa. The gamepad can't hold the candle to what you can do with this beautiful stick.

Got it from GF, but haven't had a ton of time to dedicate so far. Fun the first level though, more of the demo...Need to get deep into it though, and too much going on plus too many games.

Played through 4ish missions and having a blast. I do have 2 questions...does the "assistance off" mode get enabled later on? When I double tap break or accelerate I just hear a beep but nothing changes. I'd like to use the cool flight mode I experienced in the demo, but I can't figure out why it's not there now....

Also, how do you tell your wingmen to attack certain targets? I'm pretty sure it's possible, but I don't see what button would do that.

That's what I mean, when I do that I just hear a beep but it's not the cinematic type view that the demo would have...I can't figure it out, it's weird...

*edit* Just saw on GameFAQs that it's something I unlock next mission...
