ollie, at this point the game is acceptable. It's not great but the fundemental gameplay is still mostly the same. It should be cheap. If your Best buy doesn;t have it, I'm sure Gamestop has a lot of used versions.

I would advise buying it used at Gamestop, because it is only $12.99 for a copy.

going to stick playing this for a while. Like it more than COD. No getting knifed from 10 feet away. No perks. I always loved customizing your character too.

what is this new specialization thing about? I heard about it but not sure what it is or what I need to do in the game??

Heel, go to your Armory and you can choose the specializations. these are to get some kind of perks later like new guns or attachments. lets say you choose assault rifles as one of them. every time you get a kill with one you get 2 ce points and 1 point for kill assists.

I really like the Thermal Scope. At least it was working good for me in one of the snow maps. I keep finding myself going back to the M4a1 too.

I'm pretty sold on the M4A1 and 552 right now for my weapons. I rarely use the thermal scope, mainly for night maps. I prefer the more range you get with the medium scope.

yeah, 552 is what I use on the Mercs side. Silencer and Front Grip.

since you like the 552, you might like the VAL too. Pretty sure it has a silencer built in (that or it's just very quiet) so you can add a scope and front grip. Like having a gun with 3 attachments .

Finally got around to playing the new map pack. I really enjoy all the new maps for one they are a nice change of scenery and they are also plenty big enough. It seems like that enough people have the maps though. One thing they need to do is at least lower the price to $9.99 so maybe more people will purchase the pack.
