Didn't see them the first time through either. I think you're just al trying to trick me. They don't exist.
Alex is under the "Women seeking men" category of craplist.net then look for a subject heading "Party girl seeks man for NSA fun and blog material - 29" then just click on the contact button.

As for the car stealing missions, just do Brucie's email missions then eventually someone will contact you about it.

Yeah, lol, I was half-kidding, but thank you. Finally found Alex. The thing I was missing was that everyone was calling her "Liberated Woman," so I was looking for that. You're the first person to mention what the link to her actually says.

Still no sign of the Stevie missions, though. I read online that they come after you finish one of the missions, and I just finished that very mission, so I'll keep an eye out.

      Thanks again.

I can't understand how anyone could get bored with this game. I'm playing through for the 2nd time and I'm loving it. It was so long ago that I completed some of these missions that it all still feels new to me.

For this go around, I'm doing it totally sim too, BTW. No stealing cars unless I absolutely have to. No killing innocent pedestrians. Etc, etc, etc. I have to admit...it's pretty fun to play it this way.

Not killing innocent people is fun?

Agreed 100%, it's quickly becoming my favorite game of this generation, outlasting Condemned.

Playing that way is extremely difficult. The traffic AI in the game is awful. You have to constantly be paying attention to the car in front of you, just in case he/she decides to break abruptly or tries to merge into your lane without any warning.

the traffic AI isn't too bad, except on the bridges. In San Andreas, they were horrible evereywhere. They veered into other lanes on the highway and broke traffic rules causing big wrecks at intersections. It's not as bad in this game though.

                    Heh @ playing "sim" GTA...

                    Only on OS!

I might have to try that though when I go through the 2nd time.. would add a different dimension to just use taxis/trains and walk most of the time. I love driving and causing mayhem though so I'd probably break down and start stealing cars every 5 minutes like I always do...

yeah. It would be cool if you could do things like buy cars from the car lots or off the website, but resisting crimes would be too hard for me.

I played a couple missions that way and I agree with DE, the AI is pretty bad.

I remember one time I was existing the tunnel and it was backed up. All of a sudden I'm at a sudden stop waiting and a cop in the back crashes into me.

The way i got pass six stars was when they made the helicopter tours available. I jacked one and flew over alderney when it wasn't open yet and basically out flew all the helicopters for a couple minutes, i even finished that under the bridge acheivement. After that I flew to my safehouse and cleared out some cops with the blades and went to sleep right after.

I did the same thing except under the really low bridge in Alderney I died.

I just got a 3* wanted level, stood inside the door of one of the buildings my safehouse was in...kept shooting cops as they came in.

I did this till I got a 6 star rating and got bored. When I went outside the street was crowed with many open police cars.
