re: Grand Theft Auto IV
Is this true?
'm on the fence about it. On the "other system" if you buy them via download you can combine the new radio stations from The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony with the radio stations from GTA IV for a combined soundtrack of 300 songs. Which is pretty cool to me, you know, on top of the actual new stories and gameplay. But if you buy the physical copy of Episodes From Liberty City, you get 3 exclusive radio stations not available via the downloads but no way of combining all the radio stations.Comment

Don't know about the disc, but when you DL'd the expansions on Xbox live, all the new songs became available not only in the expansion but across all three. So a new song from BOGT became available to listen to in the original game, as well as in LATD.Comment

It's a small thing, but for me, all that more worth it, since GTA IV is still a blast to play.Comment

re: Grand Theft Auto IV
If you go DLC, you can combine the radio stations for all 3 games and will have access to them at all times. Only drawback is no Vice City FM.........but when you consider how much was added to both DLC games, I would prefer to D/l so I can have more music to work with.
The other thing is that if you never play these games again as DLC, you lose value since it can't be sold. If you own the disc, once you beat both episodes the game can be traded in.
It comes down to what you are looking for.Comment

re: Grand Theft Auto IV
I have it for the 360, and I would go DLC everytime. For the biggest reasons already stated, the music tracks intergrate into all 3 "games" that way. If you buy the disc, you have just those tracks for the 2 games, and then GTA IV has it's own music.
