I know this thread it for GTA IV, but here is a link:http://www.n4g.com/industrynews/News-128849.aspx

That has a rumor about the next GTA being in Vice city again

Maybe the DLC will move Niko to Vice City once he kicks Liberty City's ***...and then you can fly back and forth? lmao

You just want to be able to have your character go find a virtual futbol game.

                    Or San Diego.

Hey, as long as it's in present day again. I didn't like the other GTA games as much simply because of what the past brought with the rest of the game.

I'd still like to see a GTA in NYC of the 1970s. Not all that much different then what they got now but you'd have disco music, drugs, Summer of Sam, the Bronx burning down and crazy vigilantism.

Or maybe a GTA in Vegas.

Though GTA: San Andreas had a mock Vegas, it really wasn't all that. I agree.

San Diego works though, too. Great, fun freeway system(s), moderate weather, beaches, steadily improving downtown, sports venues, well-known school sites (don't know if this game will ever go that route, though), la rica, teh ghetto... you name it.

There's also still Chicago, Detroit... Dallas. I don't know.

Come on B, you're reaching. San Diego's too chill for GTA. When you think San Diego, you don't think gangsters, or the mob, or cartels. You think Sea World.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

Exactly the tone they can take with the next one. It is you that creates such an atmosphere. Maybe this is Niko, expanding horizons, blah blah blah.

Plus, isn't Rockstar stationed in San Diego?

Personally when I think San Diego I think of Baby Shamu

Also I think the game is mainly developed by Rockstar North. Detroit is another great idea to put the series in but it probably doesn't have the landmarks to really differentiate it from New York too much.
