Nothing really new here, just a couple of guys talking about the game. They talk about how many units GTA will move, the drunk driving, and the game's overall effect on the console war.

Co-sign GTA: Tokyo ... theres a game I want. More likely it would be an amalgation of different east asian major cities though, they typically haven't done just one city until GTA 4. San Andreas was LA/SF/Vegas, Vice City was mostly Miami, GTA3 was NYC, Chicago, Detroit.

How bout an East vs. West type of game where your character is being courted by the mafia and the yakuza at the same time. Now that would be interesting but maybe a little off the GTA path. It's definitely something R* could do wonders with though.

GTA in the Far East would be an excellent idea. There are so many ways the story could be carried. Not to mention the Rockstar team has already done some work in Tokyo with the Midnight Club series.

Well, I don't have much time (worked midnights) but it was pretty much a extension of the information that we've already seen. They talked about their hands on time with the different modes. Free roam sounds like it is going to be awesome. They had a bunch of people gather up different vehicles and basically stockpile them all in one area and then launched rockets into the pile for some big time explosion fun Nothing different than what the OS crew is capable of when going online in this baby...........LOL

Can you give us details?

I'm not really good at this stuff but I'll try to highlite a few things:

1) Sounds like the host is going to have alot of control of over how the different modes play out. They spoked directly about this but did'nt go into much detail.

2) Most multiplayer modes will support 16 players. Hangman's Noose is a 4 person coop

3) Cars, Bikes, Heilcopters are accessible online. Can be stolen if you will :wink:

4) Any kind of race is possible, even Helicopters if you so choose.

5) Retry a mission and the conversations between characters might be completely different teh second time. Repetitive speech is uncommon it sounds.

6) If you get caught committing a crime, cops may try to arrest you - but you can fake them out by putting your hands over your head, starting to kneel, and then run away.

7) The host online can change communication to where you can hear everyone (other team), only your team or proximity.

8) All riders in a car are able to shoot out the windows of a moving vehicle including the driver which is not easy to do.

9) In GTA Race mode, if your car is destroyed, just grab another vehicle - any vehicle and get to the finish. Even if you have to walk across the finish line. Races can be restricted to certain vehicles by the host.

10) You can shoot out tires on vehicles to severely hinder the speed and handling of opponents vehicles.

11) Any mode cav devolve from it's originally stated goals to a violent shootout. It depend on the host's chosen paramaters.

Can you tell me about free roam? Is it going to be where we can kill random people, get arrested, go itno bars, clubs etc...?
