Just wondering, has anyone beat any GTA without the use of ANY codes? No health, no armor, no guns, no nothing. I came close in san andreas. I got about 3/4 through before I lost control.

I beat GTA3 and Vice City without cheat codes.

I always beat them without codes. The codes to me are more to just go crazy with than cheat for missions.

i beat san andreas without cheats but i played vice city for about an hour and got every cheat and judt ended up running around killing cops,etc. after it was released as backwards compatible for the 360 i bought the trilogy and beat vice city with no cheats at that point.

I never used the codes because I remember reading that they were always on there after... that, and your game autosaved so... bad combo.

Never got around to beating GTA:SA. Wanted to, just... didn't. Don't recall why.

I don't really play a lot of non sports games but i'm looking forward to GTA4.

Well remember it's satire, just like the real Rush is quite often, so I imagine a lot of people made absolute fools of themselves but also had some valid points in doing so..hence my high interest.

Anyways, that's great to hear, I love RockStar's humor, very intelligent and including this was a good idea. I'm sure many conservatives will listen to it and not get the point, others will get angry, but many like myself will just listen and laugh and enjoy it.

I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of crazy stunts you can do in GTA IV.

The bike stunts in San Andreas were insane.

I've beaten all 3 (got 100% on the first two and around 80-85% on SA) w/o using codes.

It says GTA4 is region locked. That doesn't make any sense... So living in ND I can expect to get the game later or not for a while? I don't know what to make of this.

I think this applies to regions where playing the game would be illegal such as some parts of Europe.
