I'm with Dookie what's with the install? I mean would the game not be as fun if I don't install the stuff offered or what? I'm a little lost on that aspect.

Oh, as for the DLC being a whole 'nother city? It'll be like dying and going to heaven. At least it'd justify forking over money for it

I think the install reduces load times. Instead of having to read and stream things off the actual disc, it can take them off of the hard drive. Basically just to give you a smoother experience. That's my guess at least.
