Dont know how to do the spoiler tags, but the part where you say "and went to ****, is that part of the game. Is it becoming like the Sims where you have to do rudimentary, daily tasks?

I got my ps3 version at lunch.
username is mcl77.
Played for about 10 minutes after the 15 minute download to the harddrive, and it seems a bit dark on the ps3. I had to up the brightness about 2 clicks. Also, I dont think the graphics are anything special. I dont know if its because I got spoiled with MLB the show, but the graphics on this game arent doing it for me.

What are some suggested settings for graphics on the ps3 for this one??

first off you have to head over to your tv's settings and it pretty much depends on your set up.

I'm running in 1080p and for me jaggies are bountiful on 720p91080p runs smooth framerate wise for me as well) Now you might hvae to flip it like I did.

keep your in game brightness at about 3 clicks to the right THEN keep your contrast the same as the default then have the saturation at 2 to 3 clicks to the left. Now on your tv go into it's sharpness settings and have about 65-70 for those now following this go to your temp settings and select cool after that hit up the brightness of your hd and make sure to go to about 36 to 40 after this check on the back light making sure it doesn't go over 45.

thats prety much what made the ps3 version INCREDIBLE looking...

Anyone else have issues on the left hand side in the game where text is chopped off; I guess I need to shift the screen but the right side is already chopped off too (First played under 720p but went to 1080i)

Update: I got my tax return today...just in time too.

I'll send in my Xbox 360 and trade it in for some much needed cash. I want to play this game TONIGHT!

It seems like you have t move the direction to dodge too... I get it to work about half the time and it's fun to counter punch after dodging.

It's starting off a little slow, but all of the GTAs are slow when you only have a pistol and are doing the "drive here" missions.

If I have one complaint, it's the lack of sound sliders. The dialog is really low.
