Here's a funny little story from my gameplay yesterday:

I had just got out of the hospital after getting my *** kicked by a homeless guy. So Im walking and decided to carjack this guy in an armored truck. I look around and notice no cops so I drag his a** out the truck, but dont get in.

As soon as I do that, the cops pull up but they don't give me a star. So, when the guy gets up, I calmly turn my back to him and begin to walk away. The guy is mad I made it seem like nothing happenned so he clocks me in the back of my head. Bad move, a**hole.


I yelled out at my TV "You gonna let this b**** do that to me officer ?" The cops tell the guy to freeze and they draw their guns on him and then arrest him. One cop opens the back door and the other cop escorts him to the backseat in handcuffs. I walk right behind this dirtbag criminal laughing my a** off the whole time. Poor armored truck driver guy.


So having just gotten away with an attempted carjacking, I'm feeling very I decide to make sure they lock this scumbag driver up for good. So I hop ontop of the police car and crouch down. I wanna make sure they take this jerk straight to lockup. Bad idea, Niko. The cops yell out "freeze!" again, only this time theyre talking to me. So now with both of the cops focusing on me, Mr. Scumbag Armored Truck Driver decides this is the perfect time to try and make a run for it, and he hops out of the backseat of the police car, handcuffed and all running like a madman.

Me being the law abiding citizen that I am , I catch Mr. Scumbag and knock his *** to the ground. Both of the cops approach us. And they both start firing. At both of us. Mr. Scumbag gets arrested yet again, and I get wasted.

THIS IS THE FUNNIEST S*** I HAVE EVER READ ABOUT A GAME!

Anyone else having trouble reading the text messages when you get them? Its a mixture of the print being so small and the bottom right corner of the screen being so dark that makes it impossible for me normally. I just got a text from Little Jacob and not only could I not read half of it, but the other half I couldnt understand. Tried calling him but hes busy and hes not on the map to go to so Im not sure what to do at this point.

So you can sit in the car with someone else driving? if so, can you shoot that person?

No problems over here. What kind of TV are you playing on? I know you said you were having trouble seeing the map as well.

Lol, you mean shoot them while you're sitting next to them? I don't think you can..I actually never thought about it though.

No problems over here. What kind of TV are you playing on? I know you said you were having trouble seeing the map as well.

Im playing on a 30" CRT HDTV, the rest of the game is fine, can see the maps fine, its the tiny print in the corner when I get a text message that I can barely read. Its not a big deal I guess, normally if you can identify who its from then you can just go to them and it will all become clear anyways.

It seems like bums are the ones to go after for cash, i killed two of them and both dropped loads of cash.

In past GTA's I would do anything just because, this time I decided to only kill when I have to and just play it straight. Just want to see if I get any rewards for it or any achievments.

I was just driving around in Michelle's car after a date (love her navigation system) and I saw a blue icon of a male person on the map near Roman's cab job. I was in the area and stopped the car got out and looked for the icon. When I got to the icon a cut scene took place where this crazy dude in a baseball cap started talking to Niko and said some stuff I just did not follow. Stuff about the old country and being a communist and what have you. Anyhoo after the conversation he gave me a $100 dollar bill and walked off saying that crack or cocaine is good. Something like that. Wierd!

its hard to read for me too and I am on a 55" TV

I've been to several. Those have to be the best mo-capped scenes I've ever seen.

Secret to getting action from Michelle? Let her win at pool or bowling. Or at least that's how I got her to put out the first date.

Well I had my first freeze in the game after 4-5 hours of playing. Hopefully this isnt a sign of things to come. Ive read to delete the install if it becomes a constant problem, now doing this wouldnt effect the saves I currently have then? Im a little confused as to how this would work, let me know if anyone is for sure on it.

But what do you delete exactly? Go into the game data and delete that and my saves will still be there? Its not a problem yet but I want to know what to do if it becomes a problem. Sucks to, just finished a mission for Little Jacob and he was calling me, had to answer my home phone and when I came back I couldnt move, not sure what happened.

Mine froze twice 1) shuffling through the radio stations and 2)cut scene on the PS3.
