ok, so i read that cheats affect missions and disable achievements..... no problem i don't care to use them yet. My question is about the internet... i read from gamespot.com that if you enter "www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com" on the computer you will get all the locations including "Weapon, health, armor, vehicle, pigeon, ramp/stunt, and entertainment locations" displayed on your map. would this be considered a cheat? i wanted to use this to find other gun shops and other clothing shops, etc. but i don't want it to disable my achievement score(s)

No, its not considered a cheat. It just gives you the map with the items.

Every time I save Roman in the school yard, I'm having a hard time catching the guy who Roman says we need to catch. My driving skills aren't the greatest. My problem is when I get to the area where this guys is suppose to be (Sprunk Soda Emblem) I hear him taunting me, but can't find him @ all. Where is this **** located so I stomp him out

When you pull up to the place the game tells you to go up the stairs of the building, that's what his icon with the arrow pointing up means, that he's above you.

I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing you need that for 100% as well.

In GTA III, after doing 100 cab drop-offs, you would unlock a new kind of cab (Borgnine). In San Andreas, after doing 50, any cab you got would have nitrous oxide.

Hmm went to the Rockstar Social Club and it said my gamertag isn't linked.

Anyone know why that might be?

I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing you need that for 100% as well.

In GTA III, after doing 100 cab drop-offs, you would unlock a new kind of cab (Borgnine). In San Andreas, after doing 50, any cab you got would have nitrous oxide.

You do NOT need to do Roman's cabbie missions to get 100%.
