Stuff like The Mother Hips/Yomp doesn't sell and they're still releasing that sort of thing while there's been no more Metallica,CCR,Foreinger,Blink 182,Muse...etc. when that stuff sold through the roof so I don't think it matters if it's sucessful.Comment

The best part is when he tries to say that Rock Band tries to 'nickle and dime' costumers, while they release free content. Uhhh, Brian...you release 3 songs a month, whch actually cost more than Rock Band's 3 pack which include 2 more instruments.
He's one of those guys that can only make a point by dragging someone else down.

But this is a rumor of course but here is the list for the 20 FREE DLC that was promised to be released alongside RB2. (Of course, the DLC works with RB1 as well)

Don't know some of those bands, but getting Blink, Thorogood, Free, TBS, Rancid, QofSA, and The Killers would be amazing. I'd easily be willing to pay for those songs but to get them free would be unreal.Not sure if this was posted yet guys...

8 more for me at least if it's true and -2 from GHWT. I'm not looking up the ones I don't know untill it's offical. So that would be a total of 20 wich is only one better than RB 1.

They did it again. Even worse this time. I don't know this song. They're a one hit wonder,I can't count the number of times I've seen the hit requested,it's a suprisingly large ammount I know that much. Yet (if this list turns out to be true) they pick this song most never heard of...looking it up it wasn't even a single...not only was it not a single it's not even off the same album as their one hit...it's from 2005...from an album that was a free download.

There's apparently going to be a big announcement from Harmonix regarding Rock Band 2 today (Saturday). I'm not sure when it will be announced, but it's supposed to be sometime in the afternoon.
