Every class I play against seems like its OP because there are so many different attacks and strats to work out. Once I figured out how to block and interupt the 2hs, I dont have much of a problem anymore.

Yeah it is a 100% ability, but being able to 1 shot all but those much higher level than me is pretty insane. I'm not complaining though

R1 is block (I'm sure you know that already) you actually get to practice it quite well near Chinatown. You fight magic users (or fire of some type I'm not sure) but anyways, when you kill them they do a little double explosion that not only does damage to you but it sucks you in then blows you back. I found out that blocking right after you kill them via R1 and not only do you not move but the damage taken is little to none.

You could have just given me the ability to recruit, you didn't have to make me leader hehe. Well either way, if anyone wants in just send me a message in game or out of game on the PSN. If your on the Birthright server just shoot me a tell (/tell Ruckuus) in game and I'll invite you. That leads to my question OSU, how exactly do I send the invite to someone when they are on? I have not checked out how to do it yet.

I am very close to 13 (just a kill or two) it is insanely fun. I have come across all types of armor sets & items you can use just for the looks as well (like that 300 Spartan Helm) but I find that I use whatever gives me the best stats and I have yet to stray from the looks I gave Ruckuus from the onset.

Another thing, I was doing the Teen Titans event where I have to free Raven and I managed to pull off some exceptional combo's while doing this solo. Has anyone else ever hit for 50, 100, 150, or 200 hit combo's? I got off a 100 one and a 200 one but it just registered as two 100 ones. Weird, it was kinda a glitch I guess but it leads me to believe that hitting some bosses will be taking combos of those magnitudes in the end game stuff.

I got a 964 hit combo earlier this evening. There are no more achievs to earn past the 25, 50, 100x combo. Thought it was pretty amazing though...although boring hah.

I'm assuming your toon is using pistols or hand blasters or something ranged for that many hits right?

The crazy thing about the amount of hits I got off is that my toon is a Brawler lol.

According to the DCUO twitter it should only be down for about and hour. This was a planned thing.

i just dont know if i should get this game or not.... really confusing.... especially with the buy 2 get 1 free offer.

theres bulletstorm, killzone 3 and more games coming out from feb i dont know if the 15 dollars per month is worth it.

Yea it was a bow. One the end boss of the tutorial stage where the mobs keep spawning, more than half the time it will just keep spawning as fast as you can kill them. Just stood in one spot hitting the Y button for about 20 mins just to see how high I could get it.

Apparently there is a bug in the combat system. If you are a brawler, or possibly other weapons, and you are in flight mode then you will do 3x-5x damage. I've only seen this on the PC version so I don't know if it's the same on ps3.

edit - definitely works. I rolled a brawler to see for myself. I average around 3x damage in flight mode and I can tear through people who are higher level.

Got Skydive (Batman inspired hero) to level 10 today and pretty close to level 11. I was able to get the Bane achievement and once I got the idea of taking him down, it was a straight forward fight. Now I'm doing some more levelling in Metropolis and hopefully will hit level 13-14 before my 10 day break. I'm going to Maui so I won't be online for a bit
