Re: DC Universe Online (PS3)
Hit level 8 tonight in about an hour and a half. The levelling pace is nice for sure. If anyone wants to run Area 51 with me, let me know lol
My Superman inspired character is coming along nicely. Could still use some upgrades for shoulders and legs, but I haven't had to buy any new piece of gear and money is flowing relatively fine. I hear you will need to save your cash for the end game anywayComment

We used his guy and left Gotham and ventured far and out to places like the entrance to Arkham Asylum there are these little sapling plant things that are level 30 but we were soloing them with Desanto at level 6 & 7. We went to the watchtower and a few other places as well, found some good spots to solo mobs that are in their late teen / early 20's levels.
Eventually we got him to Metropolis and I had him do all the missions near the Boardwalk that I did with my guy. It seems like there are way more missions and things to do for exp & armor items in Metropolis over Gotham.
Amazing fun & very easily doable solo, more so if there are other heroes in the area helping kill mobs and tonight the server is full as hell again (a good sign of course).Comment

Re: DC Universe Online (PS3)
I really hope they are working on a patch to solve the mic problems.
I've read on the DCUO official boards that people are talking in group by going into a party on XBL and just using the headsets from there while playing DCUO! lmao! Not too bad of an idea really.Last edited by Boltman; 01-19-2011, 02:15 AM.Comment

Re: DC Universe Online (PS3)
BTW it reminds me, one of us needs to make a league already (I'll do it if you or OSU don't want to Perceptor). Because I have read a lot of places that if you have a wired usb mic and it is turned on before you fire up DCUO & are "leagued up" chat almost always works.
It would make for us finding one another when we need help for a particularly hard area easier.Comment

Re: DC Universe Online (PS3)
Is it free? Link to DL the software for it? I'd love to be able to use my TB headset over the cheap wired usb PS3 one I bought.Comment
