How is everyone getting those sweet shots of their character?
Don't know about everyone else, but I just use my cell phone hehe.

I'm not 30 yet (21 in a few kills lol) but I've read a lot of comments over on the official boards about that same complaint. The same 5 or 7 Daily's is it?

I'm not quite sure if this is what you mean but yes only one code per PSN account and a max of 8 characters on any servers you want per that account. Also I'll add that only one person can be logged on and playing at a time on the PS3 (not sure if you were also asking that or not). So you and whoever else you were referring to would each need their own PS3, DCUO copy, and a PSN account to sign online to play together at the same time.

BTW, anyone else find themselves changing their Hero/Villain's looks from time to time? I keep changing my guys looks daily depending on the mood I'm in lol.

A few new looks for my Hero Ruckuus... (sorry for that weird distortion on the first pic, don't know what happened)

I'll admit i've been a WoW player for a long time, but this game seems like it's really good/fun. I'll be picking it up for the PS3 on Tuesday I think and hopefully Friday when I get paid I can finally get a decent TV to play it on in my room.

The Tech Wing missions are Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn. Meta Wing is Super Girl and Spectre missions and Magic Wing is the Raven and Zatanna missions.

Even though all the enemies are level 30 as well, it takes me around only 10 minutes to fly though it but wish they changed it up regardless.

Also, once you guys hit level 30, make sure to try the Toy Man missions in the monitor room. They're interesting to say the least. lol

Thanks Boltman, that's exactly what I wanted to know. My son is going to want to play this also but he's going to need his own code unless he uses one of my created characters. Got it!

Finally going to invest some time into this one...

I think ima make a character based on Eli (Book of Eli)...any suggestions for powers/weapon type? I'm thinking a single sword/staff? will do, but i like dual wielded anything comic based. I might used dual pistols/swords and mental/sorcery...

Yea it is one of the better features out there in an MMO. I love that you can keep whatever item that has the better stats yet lock up the armor slots so they can at least look however you want your hero/villain to look. Plus once you've collected an armor type (Demonic, Barbarian, Robotic, Biker etc) you get to keep that look/slot for your character forever.

I was thinking of making a guy like Denzel's character (I've seen a guy like that on the Birthright server I think lol).

He could be a single handed weapon toon to start up (give him a sword like the one Denzel used Kukri), then as you level him up you can add either Rifle or Dual pistols (Rifle probably better because I don't think Denzel's character ever dual wielded pistols in Book of Eli). Give him gadgets for abilities, mental or sorcery and tech as his mentor base.

I love that the look of the character isn't locked in...I can edit what I want and make my guy look different. Really adds to the game!

I'm starting to get deeper into combos, you really have to play this game smart. Blocking is key, you need to learn what the enemy does and try to limit damage. For a while it seems like a button masher, but on a few of the quest levels in the instances you learn that will just get you killed.

I had a quest where I had to rescue the Titans, and when I was just mashing I'd end up getting knocked out, but once I started being more careful and smart I was able to win.

Hit 10 with my Ice/Staff/Flight guy (Ercick), still fun to me which is what's important.

Would you guys say the end game is a bit lacking once you hit 30? That's what I've read, but that sounds fixable by Sony fairly easily.

At level 30 is where the game really starts to open up.

I'm not 30 with my main (Ruckuus 23 almost 24 now) yet so I can't really answer to that. However I also post a bit over at the DCUO official message boards and you are right I have read the same things. I wouldn't worry about it, it may be a bit "lacking" to some people for now but it is an MMO so I'm sure future updates and add ons & what have you, will remedy that problem for some / most people.

This is the type of game I will truly get my money's worth out of, once I hit 30 with my main I have loads of ideas/classes/looks/combos to play with & create. I plan on having no less than 4 toons and all of them different classes so I can really learn how to play all types properly.

I have a 17 & my main 23 so far, but I'm open to roll a new toon and play along any of you just starting out should you need help. I'm on the Birthright server just send me a tell. Right now the funnest thing for me is just me and this friend I met in game online. We are both early mid 20's and just the 2 of us group up so we have mics working and go do alerts & bounty's together!

Yesterday alone we conquered Full House, Bizarro, Avatar of Sin, Solomon Grundy, Minotaur & Clayface.

It's a Sony game and I've actually played EQ,EQ2,SWG,etc there wasn't a lot of end game to begin with if any in those games. I don't have this game yet, but from what i've heard there is a decent amount and sounds pretty good to start with. No need to throw in a bunch of end game when I seriously doubt the lvl cap will stay at 30 for long.

I'm interested to see how an MMO plays on a PS3, is it fairly easy to use abilities, equip gear, etc all those things that are pretty simple to do on a PC?

IMO it's really easy to access everything you need and to change things up as you want.
