The Elemental Effect Death animations are freaken awesome. My Turret does corrosive, watching people disintegrate never gets old.

Haven't seen corrosive yet, can't wait!

I'm using the siren and need to learn to use the invisibility better, but it's a great panic defense if I'm getting rocked by a bunch of guys...

So how are the controls on the 360 controller? That's my biggest concern.

I know I posted earlier about being on the fence, but I'm considering trading in some games at gamestop and getting this one. I've got some sports games I'll never play, so I may as well get rid of them (NHL 09, NHL 2k10, NBA 2k9, and a few others... Such a waste of money, but hopefully I can trade them in and not pay much).

I haven't. I honestly don't play FPS games on the console - the last ones I've tried were the Halo games, because they aren't on PC, and I didn't like them at all. But this doesn't strike me as a game to play on my PC for some reason.

or CoD 4 for the most part. my friend that was playing splitscreen with me yesterday said the controls was basically the same. all he does is play CoD 4 too.

Lv2 Corrosive Bloodwing with maxed Bird of Prey (hits 6 enemies) is freaking awesome.

LT = AIM
LB = Perk (Turrent, invisiblity, bloodwing, berserker mode)
RT = Fire
RB = Grenade
LS = Run
RS = Mele
Y = Switch Weapons
x = Reload/Pick Up Items
B = Crouch
A = Jump
Select = Menus
Start = Pause Menus
Direction Pad = Hot Keys to 4 weapon slots

Hope that Helps, pretty basic control scheme as COD, which I love.

Last night I got to a point where I was swarmed with everything possible.. kept getting killed. Going to try it again soon, I'm thinking I need to co-op from now on.

Ah, I almost at the breaking point.

is it going to be hard for me to play catch up since everyone on OS is already so far ahead?

Not really, couple hours from last night I'm at 12 on the Soldier guy.

If you join my game you will level up quickly, plus I don't mind doing the earlier missions in co-op, so you would just host and I would join.

For instance we had a guy last night start over a new character at level 1, playing with a level 26, 23, and 19. Within 10 minutes he was at level 6, within an hour he was at level 13.

The game gives a lot more XP to the lower guys so that it can bring the lowers up to the level of those that have already been playing for a longer amount of time, so you won't be too far behind for long.
