Thank Jim Lee. He's the one who redesigned Croc a few years back to make him a hulking monster.

I guess they aren't satisfied if there isnt some kind of zombie out there. Something you'd empty 100 clips into and it would still be running around like it wasnt touched.

Batman wasnt even about all of that.

That wasn't Killer Croc, it was a "deformed henchmen" according to the interview.

On top of this, there are more advanced enemies, such as the deformed henchmen (you get a sneak peak of in the combat trailer)
This is Killer Croc in Batman Arkham Asylum.

I think it sucks if they're they decided that they're going to have Batman fighting characters from Gears of War

              Batman: Arkham Asylum Delayed?

Game Informer has learned that Eidos Interactive may be keeping its bat in the belfry until the holiday season. According to print advertising and release dates on retail sites, Batman: Arkham Asylum is scheduled to ship on June 23. The game’s official website simply lists a summer timeframe. Today sources close to the game told Game Informer that the release date was being pushed until the fourth quarter of 2009. When contacted on whether or not the date was moving, neither Eidos Interactive nor Warner Bros. were willing to comment on the possibility of a delay. When asked if the June 23 release date was still valid, a Warner Bros. representative said, “Sorry - no comment.”

Man, this game was THE game for me this Summer. If this doesn't come out, there isn't a nonsports game that I can think of that I am really pumped about.

That doesn't seem very wise, not sure they want to go up against the holiday lineup of games (Halo:ODST,BioShock2,Dead Space 2, etc).....if they delay it they better choose a better release window.

Yeah...This game can go from the blockbuster summer game to lost in the shuffle if they delay until the holidays.

Eidos UK: No change to Batman date

Eidos has told VG247 this morning that Batman: Arkham Asylum is still on track for its summer release, despite a now widely-reported Game Informer rumour of a slip to Q4.

“Batman: Arkham Asylum is currently scheduled for a summer 2009 release date,” a rep said today.

Put it this way: the game’s scheduled for a June 23 release in the US and UK journos have been into Rocksteady to see it this week. We’re still waiting on an official Euro date, but everything we know about this game suggests you probably want to take all this with a pinch of salt. Just saying.

So from June to now August or September. At least I'll have time to try and finish some of the single player games I haven't had the chance to play through yet.
