Thanks for the link. The game sounds really interesting especially the whole open world element of it. It also seems to be much more of a strategy type game then the previous one.

I'll be looking out for it in Feb.

it actually reminds me of that gorgeous mafiaII trailer, and makes me wonder why THAT game isn't comming out.

This game (godfather) i enjoyed the first one to an extent, and eventually became bored and didn't care anymore. Rental imo.

According to wikipedia it should come out sometime next year.

They must have had a special agreement in place or something because I was at the showcase yesterday and the Godfather II stuff is embargoed for a while longer.

That Spike TV show had a whole episode on it today. I wasn't impressed at all. It didn't say what version they were showing but I'd hope it was the Wii or PS2 though I'm pretty sure I saw an A button in there implying it was 360.

It's only in the alpha stage i'm sure graphics isn't exactly the main emphasis quite yet. Even if the graphics aren't the greatest it shouldn't matter in a game that will have a huge strategy component to it.

I played Godfather on the Wii and it was pretty good. It got a little repetitive, though.
