I was Iffy about this game based on the Demo. I thought the demo had no customization at all and thought it was boring.....BOY WAS I WRONG! Played the game at my Uncles house and it just blew me away with the Barracks, Up to 20 people in the squad, The special Skills each char has, The Armory for outfitting your squad, also the special side quests that open up depending on who you have in your squad. It just blew me away. I was surprised because I never heard of it before. Now I will be getting this puppy. Also did anyone else pick up that man that has make up and sound fruity??? My uncle made him as his suicide runner. Lmao.

My only negative is it not being online. Just imagine the type of battles you could have on there, plus it is a perfect setup for online play. Turn Based with Real Time playability. I love it. My review of it based on the time I played is a 9.5 out of 10. Only reason its not a 10 is because of no online.

+Very fun to play and very easy to just jump into with the more complex situations that come later.
+Squad interacts depending on their point of view of the characters they are around.
+Lots of different ways to complete each mission.
+Upgrades are easy to manage and are not scattered.
+Characters make you either like them or Hate them.
-No online at all?????

I'll never give a game a negative because of no online. I'd give it a plus for having it but no online isn't a negative IMO. As soon as companies think they have to have online they either rush it together or the single player suffers for it.

I agree, I'd much rather they put out a quality single player game (which they did) than try to throw an online mode in there. If there's a sequel (and that's just wild, unsubstatiated speculation of course), then we'll see.

This game is a lot longer than I would have given it credit for: I'm at 34 hours right now and probably still have several missions to go. Some of that was game overs, and some of it was extra missions too, but I've barely even touched the skirmishes. It'd be longer if I was actually trying to beat those.

Yep I've got a good amount of hours in so far and I've yet to touch the extra stuff. I know I'll replay missions just to get a better grade also...
The game needs to get some good sales so we can get a sequel.

Wow just played a lvl where I got my *** Kicked! They beat me in 6 turns. Lmao. More than less I needed lancers and never had any so I got F'ed up. I dont know but I love my Scouts. They always manage to save my life. My favorite Chars are:
Scouts:
Alicia (Have these two together because they like eachother and get a boost)
Noce
Shocktroopers:
Rosie (My favorite Shocktrooper out of all of them)
Vyse
Edy
Lancers:
Largo
Sniper:
Marina
Engineer:
Cloudia

They are my favorite people to use.

Rosie, Edy, and Vyse were my top 3 Shocktroopers that I took into every mission. Unfortunately, I lost Edy 2 missions ago.

Had one other casualty too in the game - Homer, my first engineer. Really sucks when you lose the ones you've been using throughout the game.

I have yet to have a casualty and hopefully I don't lose anyone, although I came close to losing Karl in the Ch. 7 mission.

I am cruising along the story and doing the Skirmishes when I can but so far the mission that litterally kicked my arse was
