Nice to read it will be 2 discs. It's obvious one of the reasons the secondary stuff was lacking and a lot of copy/paste was because of trying to fit the first game on a single disc.

So I won't be seeing the same 3 structures over and over? That's a good thing. Oblivion was bad with that too.

You may have grown attached to the character class you used in the first Mass Effect. Or, you may be looking for something new. My main is an Infiltrator but Engineer looks like a nice one to play without changing play style too much. This game is gonna be hell, I hope I can find the time for real life.

I recently did a Soldier Playthrough but with everyone being good with weapons that takes away the main draw of that player leaving only immunity. My favorite Shepard was an Infiltrator but I made some bad decisions that would get carried over. Do powers carry over if you keep the same Shephard?

I read that 8 page interview with Videogamer.com and all the stuff they did with the Normandy & crew sounds epic.

I guess if you only take over your decisions and your level (as far as any boost or bonus they give you, I know everyone starts at level 1 again) then my soldier save that I finished two weeks ago would be the one to carry over.

I didn't like this ammo idea at first but looking at that video and remembering my shotgun only gets 3 shots in ME 1 before overheating (only needs 1 95% of the time,2 the other 5%) it might not be bad.

#4. I wonder if that means I can't install to my hdd like I do all my games. I like the quiet. This game is gonna be huge, I can only imagine.

You can install it to the hard drive just fine. A BioWare developer said on another forum that he was actually seeing loading times reduced by as much as 10 seconds after the install.

We still have elevators in ME2, but you don't wait inside them. We'll cut to a loading screen instead.

Which confirms what I said. You aren't waiting around in elevators, you're shown a schematic of the building and where you're going.
