Is there really that much talking and not much action? Or am I missing something? As I mentioned earlier, this would be my first-ever third person type game. I understand there's a storyline, but I'm into action, not dialogue.....thanks!

Have you played GTAIV? There is dialogue for the story missions, but you can also run around and do what you want. There is a free roam mode which you are not tied to the story.

It's like any other GTA game ever made or any other open world game. There is dialogue for the missions but in between missions you can do whatever the hell you want. You can roam around and kill people or do anything else. If you want to do mission after mission you can do that. If you want to do a mission and spent the next week roaming around you can do that.

Really all I've been doing is free-roam. Yeah a few post back I talked about shooting a guy in his left leg then the right and his feet flew from under him on the 2nd shot and of course, I then blew his brains out. Lol!!! I'm in free roam right now

No. I've always just been a sports gamer. I've never played any third person or FPS.

But like I mentioned, the Old West always intrigued me, so this game got me interested.

Thanks for the clarification. Sounds like there's soo many options that I'll never get bored..

Tuesday may be my introduction into something totally new and different for me.......:wink:

Dave I just shot a Mexican Army soldier in the leg and he crawled around for a few seconds and got up limping trying to get away and I finshed him off. 30 seconds later I was killed by fellows soldiers while trying to run away.

If you mean AI enemies, then yes. If you shoot a user controlled character, no.

Well the videos are down now. Why does Take Two take down videos now for breaking the copyright, but once release date comes around they don't take videos down? Do the rules/laws instantly change?

Game isn't released, so you shouldn't post videos unless the company tells you it's okay. Once it's released they don't care.
