This game was my favorite in the series and I have played and beaten all but one. However, I wonder (as much as I love the series) if there is any where for them to go now or is it so played out that anything else would be repetitive overkill.

Re: Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time (PS3)
I've put a little over 12 hours into it so far. Starts off a little slow, but this is arguably the best of the series. It's such a polished game from top to bottom. Can't express my love enough for the hover boots. It's like what the run button is in a 2D Mario. Great balance between action, puzzles, and platforming. The Clank time puzzles are really great. Really pretty much everything is great: space overworld that you can freely explore, mini planetoids, radio stations, Battleplex, weapons, graphics, writing, voice acting, ect. It's nice to have Dr. Nefarious back as the main antagonist, and Mr. Zurkon is one of the funniest videogame characters around. He was in Tools of Destruction, but his dialogue this time around is laugh out loud funny. Captain Quark is funny as always - he's Christian Bale-like meltdown is great. I hope Insomniac is just taking a break from the series and this isn't it, but if it is, their going out on a high note.Go Noles!!! >>----->Comment

Voice actor: Insomniac “working on more R&C
Voice actor David Kaye has told ShogunGamer the developer is currently “working on more” Ratchet & Clank.
When asked if he would be back for a Resistance sequel, he said: “Don’t know about Nate.
“There are some interesting developments always coming from Insomniac Games. We’re working on more R & C currently.”Go Noles!!! >>----->Comment

YES!I know they are coming out with comics and they are making a game with other characters. Forget what the game is called. Hopefully this is a stand alone R&C game.

Re: Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time (PS3)
Huge bump, but I just got this game for christmas, and I need some help.
SpoilerI'm at the part where your in Dr. Nefarius' place for the last time, where your just about to battle him. I can't even get there though, because I only have 10 ammo on the negotiator (actually it upgraded to a different name) and I can't kill the really big bots without using it. Then if I use it to kill them, I'm at the really big battle with the dropships and I have no ammo on the only weapon I can kill them with. Any suggestions?Follow me on Twitter: @ADice15Comment

Anyway, I basically try and use all of my weapons, and do it whenever possible. My suggestion is you take out those big bots with the Dynamo of Doom or something. You can't really hit Nefarious with that because he's floating in the air. Or what you can maybe do is hit that check point right before you fight him, because there's a teleporting area there, and then teleport back to your ship and collect/purchase as many weapons as possible. Running out of ammo completely hasn't ever really been an issue for me, but I always do tend to run out of what I wish I hadn't.
Oh, and Mr. Zurkon is your best friend.Last edited by Blzer; 01-23-2011, 04:23 PM.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Re: Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time (PS3)
SpoilerHmm, I can't remember because I've changed it so many times. It didn't take me too long to beat him, but there are other bosses after him who are so much harder and more annoying. If you think he's difficult, you're going to end up throwing your controller with some other bosses.
Utilize your Groovitrons for sure, and maybe set Tesla spikes around him when you do it.
Oh, and you probably won't remember that this is useful during battle, but remember Clank's time bombs? You have them now as Ratchet. I can't remember if Nefarious moves around a lot, but that might be used to your advantage as well.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Yeah man, don't hesitate to go back earlier in the game or do the tournament stuff and work on upgrading your weapons. They sure as hell take a while, but they're worth it.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment
