Yeah that's what I just read by searching google. I just don't think MS will let that happen though. But if it does, I will surely be looking into investing into a ps3 in the future.

    Damnit sony, I hate you.

Its possible that a game like the next GTA could come on 2 discs for the 360.
Probably two discs. Just got the remake of the Force Unleashed and it was on 2 discs unlike the original.

Are there going to be any two for one deals or three for two deals within the next few weeks? I'm wondering if I should wait for a deal to scoop another great title. I haven't touched half of the other games I need to be finishing. Oh, I'm so ready to get this sucker.

Tomba this game is really good. The storyline is incredible. It took me a little over 2 hours to get to the point where I think the game is finally gonna take off. A lot of side quest has been keeping me busy up to this point. Love this one a lot more than the 1st. Huge Improvement!!!

this has been touted as fact from game developers and people up high.

              sad, but true.

even the uncharted dev said that 2 couldnt be done on the 360
              no.

everything you said is taken out of context

The 360's video card is a beast and then the PS3 has some other strengths but on the whole the 360 performs better, more easily.

So far this game is kind average to me, but then again I am not that far into the game yet. I love the fact that you can do pretty much what ever you want to do, kind of like GTAIV.

                    10 from Gamesradar...

                    360 or PS3?

As is usual with multiplatform games these days, there really isn't much of a cosmetic difference between the 360 and PS3 versions of the game; the 360 edition looks slightly sharper, while the PS3 is a little fuzzier and sports slightly warmer colors. You know how this goes. However, there is one other big difference between the two versions, and if you're a PS3 owner, you come out ahead this time – provided, of course, you have a PSP and plan to pick up, play through and (ideally) finish Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines.

If you do, then you'll be able to access the games' connectivity features. What this means is that as Ezio, you'll gain the weapons dropped by the bosses Altair fights in Bloodlines, and that any of the Templar coins you find as Altair will be converted into ACII's florins. Altair, meanwhile, can receive any hidden-blade upgrades Ezio earns. The new weapons aren't exactly necessary – they won't count toward your collection totals, and they're not tied to any Trophies – and the Bull's Mace in particular will disappoint anyone who saw the above image and hoped for a ball and chain. But they're fun to use, and they can give you a big advantage if you get them near the beginning of the game (so can the money, actually).

                    Is it better than…?

                    Assassin's Creed? Yes.
Uncharted 2? Depends. In the end, it comes down to whether you want Uncharted 2's unmatched visuals and thrill-ride structure, or ACII's epic length, quasi-RPG advancement and near-total freedom to explore its world.
                    Prototype? Yes

A huge improvement over the first game, Assassin's Creed II offers up an enormous, beautiful open world that's easy to get lost in, an epic storyline and all the fun that comes from creatively killing villains and tearing across 15th-century rooftops at ridiculous speeds.

                    You'll love

                    * Huge, brilliantly realized world
                    * Lots of new ways to kill horrible people
                    * Buildings are beautifully rendered, fully climbable

                    You'll hate

                    * Scanlines and pop-in mar the visuals
                    * Faces look kind of dated (think GTA IV)
                    * Accents can get a leetel-a seelly

Lens of Truth comes to a similar conclusion goh, stating that, aside from a bit more screen tearing, both versions are all but identical:

Again, not that I'm anti IGN, but I'm just not buying that one version is "night and day" better than the other. They have ALWAYS slanted towards the 360 with that stuff, and when you look at their comparison shots, their PS3 screens are just so obviously calibrated incorrectly it's ridiculous.

For anyone really that concerned, just read the above link, it goes very in-debth, and honestly touches on differences that the normal person wouldn't even notice.

Just go with whatever system you want it on, it's the same game either way.

I'm playing the PS3 version and besides the bits of screen tearing, the game looks fine to me.

                          Re: Assassin's Creed 2

That review goh posted was really good and for the millionth time, something makes me want this game even more.

At first this game wasn't really on my radar but over the last week it's been on my mind. All of these amazing reviews and impressions have me sold, plus the fact I enjoyed the first one and the problems I had with that one are all gone.

And I'm a sucker for GTA style open world games that you can play for hours upon hours. Makes it worth your money IMO.

If there is anyway I can find the funds to get this game before Christmas/Boxing Day, I am doing it lol. I wish someone I knew would take UFC off my hands for a decent price because I haven't touched that game in a month and I'm frustrated with the online portion of it.

EB Games does have a trade in 3 get it free deal here in Canada for this but I'm iffy on giving up 3 games for one. I don't think I have 3 games I want to give away that would match the minimum of 8.00 trade in value either. Oh well, I'm just gonna have to be a patient little boy.
