Yeah based on the footage I have seen, I think its going to be a really good map, and a map that can support a wide range of gametypes and player counts.

I just saw the Halo Reach commercial and it seemed like they were really trying to stress the story aspect of the Halo series. Now I don't own an xbox and have never played Halo, but I always got the impression that the game's purpose was simply to kick *** online. Is this really the case or am I missing out on some good story telling?

I loved every second of Halo 1's story. It compeltely engrossed me, the whole thing was wonderfully told.

Halo 2 was a pile of ****.

Halo 3's story bored me about half way through.

I really enjoyed ODST's story while many didn't.

That being said, knowing the backstory and ending already, can't wait to see how they tell it in Halo Reach.

That's about how I feel. I still enjoyed the campaigns, but the story in 2 and 3 was pretty bad.

But knowing the background info of the Reach story...yeah, I'm ****in' pumped to see how that translates.

Quick question for anyone still playing. I was never a big Halo fan until I tried Halo Reach beta, I never liked all the jumping that was done.

I've been playing a lot more COD than any other shooter. Do you think I should get Halo 3 to practice online our should I hold off 2 more weeks until Reach comes out.

Halo and COD are total opposites in terms of game play. What do you guys think?
