Honestly, I have very little experience playing guitar and I was able to pick up my guitar and play this. Not well but still could decipher what it was.

Speaking of the drums, the only drums I've ever had are the original drums that came with the first Rock Band. Is getting the more advanced ones with the cymbal upgrades worth it (mainly looking for how quiet they are)?

RB1 drums are pretty terrible imo. They were so loud that they turned me off from playing. RB2 drums were a nice upgrade as they were quieter and more responsive. Combine those with the RB3 cymbals and you have a really nice set. I took it a step farther and got some additional silencers for the heads. I think you can get the RB3 drum set that includes the RB3 cymbals and wireless drums for $130? Thats not to bad.

So before today I was trudging through the career progression on the Pro Keys, and hadn't even made it past the first level of progression.

Today I play all of two songs on Expert guitar - My Best Theory and Rooftops. Between those two (I got 98% and 100% on them, respectively), I must've unlocked like 20 goals and I bumped up two levels.

Interesting to say the least.

I wish, I did 100% Werewolves of London on expert pro keys because it's only like 4 chords.
