Yeah it is, I have never finished Fable 2 on this profile and they always say King.

Slimkibbles, I dont think that's a spoiler, it references your mother this and that for me too and I only played as a male character.

What is the Kings name in your game? Mine is Logan and I'm thinking had a son named Logan but. I cant recall...

My game says "your father", not "your mother". It was "your mother" until I deleted the 2nd Fable 2 save where I used a female. After I deleted her and started Fable 3 over, they started saying father.

The king is always Logan

Well that makes even less sense then as I only have one Fable II save and it's a male, I've never had a female character in Fable 2, I didn't even know you could have one, LOL!!

Well people with Limited Editions cannot play with Regular Editions.....Nice one Lionhead.....Idiots........-_-. I cant play with some of my friends now becuase they got regular and I have Limited. It says cannot join game because DLC does not match....Whos the freaking smart one that thought that was a good idea....

I'm surprised there wasn't some kind of patch for this. When they came out with the Fable II DLC they made sure to release a free version that simply solved compatibility issues with the DLC.

Yes, but to add. Regular Editions can join Limited....Just not the other way around.

Wow, just finished the game last night. Very disappointed. Here is one of the big reasons why(CAUTION SPOILER ALERT and big rant!):

I played as a king who made righteous decisions. My goal was to make enough money on my own to fill the treasury. So I am going along and it says I have 120 days or something like that left until the attack. Plenty of time to keep making money. I go ahead and finsh that days agenda, and the next screen that pops up is the attack! What the crap! Why didn't they give you a heads up that they were fixing to fast forward for a 1/3 of the year! I would have donated my money before that then and saved a ton of people but instead now I have empty towns and dead bodies laying around everywhere!

Another thing that I was disappointed with is the story. I read a story about the developer and he said he didn't like the story in Fable 2, yet after playing through Fable 3 I felt like the story from 2 was better IMO. Anyways, I have done some research and I know how to solve the problem that I stated at the end of my rant, I just don't know if I want to. Whereas in Fable 2, after I beat it, I kept playing for a long time afterwards, this one however though, I am thinking that I am ready to trade it in for something else and not even put it in my 360 again.

Yep. That was a crappy thing. I was the same way and figured I had time to get the $ I needed... then bam! It's go time with 100+ days supposedly left.
I'm keeping it though until I get all items etc....
