We will see man. If it is all inclusive with the retro code, I will have to use it.

EDIT: I think I will go with the Double XP/24 Hours deal. At least I get to keep what I unlock.

They really tightened up the controls. The feel is somewhere between Bad Company 2 and Call of Duty. As someone who was fighting the controls in Killzone 2, I'm happy to say this controls really well. There's no recoil, which is odd, but I read this is just a beta thing. You die much faster, which I'm not sure if like or not. Great graphics, but not a huge leap over Killzone 2. The sound is as good as Bad Company 2.

                        Re: Killzone 3

That gun thing is INCREDIBLE!!!!! I might just have to buy a Move just to get that. When they showed the clip in the video of the Helgast coming down the stairs it looked so natural and easy aiming that thing from one to another. I hadn't really considered the viability of using a gun before in a game like that but it just all seemed to click at that point!

I just thought of sitting playing Black Ops with a controller in my hand and it seemed kind of odd already. Kinda like when I first started playing FPS's on consoles. That whole gun concept just seems awesome as long as it tracks you movement accurately.

There could be a huge market to tap into with the large FPS titles in the future...imagine being able to buy one that was scaled after an MP5,M16 or even an M60. That would be pretty awesome.
Don't blame me for what those nitwits said...They don't speak for me!!!

                            Re: Killzone 3

Local split-screen for campaign, but no online co-op it seems.

                            Kotaku: Hands-on

The chaos Hulst showed me seemed like the kind of chaos made for two. You can play the mission he showed me in co-op, but split-screen only, not online, he said. I think it might be more fun to see the MAWLR un-cut by a split-screen on my TV, though. It is an impressive sight, an Empire Strikes Back walker for this Killzone 3 that has already shown to have a good helping of snow.
When he said there would be more variety, I thought he might mean Killzone goes to the jungle this game. He didn't want to spoil, but promised me we'd see interesting locations. I asked him if he could at least confirm that the color green would make a big appearance in this game. "I'll put a green filter in just for you," he replied. Here I was, a journalism flea, annoying him.

The MAWLR fight is spectacular. It looks like it'll be heart-racing and spectacular like a good Call of Duty sequence, but grander and more sci-fi. I don't think the game will feel quite as linear as a CoD, though. Hulst said Killzone's enemies will be smarter in this game than they were in the past. The inability to feel safe thanks to more destruction and craftier enemies — some of whom can fly — is interesting, and would be a good way to keep the levels feeling unpredictable. But if I can know I get to fight a 280-meter flea, I don't mind being able to predict what's coming.

                            IGN: Hands-on

I have long preferred to play shooters with pointer controls instead of analog sticks, and so using Move with Killzone 3 is an exciting prospect. But it seems to veer into the same essential problem many Wii shooters have faced. While the control mechanism is dramatically more subtle and precise, the game design is essentially a killbox designed first for dual analog control. Thus, while aiming feels more precise, basic movement and turning can feel quite a bit clunkier. It's not necessarily a bad constraint—certainly not any worse than the abstraction of guiding a reticule with an analog stick—but it's one that needs to be designed for. The number of enemies, their movement speed, accuracy, and the number of interactive objects in the environment should all be affected. While Move works smoothly in Killzone 3, and is probably the way I'd prefer to play it when it comes out, it leaves me still waiting for a game conceptually designed for motion controls from top to bottom.
                            Eurogamer: Hands-on

This gives us a chance to pay attention to the moment to moment gunplay. Killzone 2 had a certain heft to it – partly because of its deliberately cumbersome cover system and partly because of the famously awful controller lag – but Killzone 3 is a considerable improvement without losing any of that distinctiveness. You still grip the left trigger to crouch or seclude yourself in cover, then pop out with the left stick and fire (using iron sights as well if you like) but control is more immediate and precise. If you found the last game a slog, you may want to take another look now your gun actually fires bullets out of it on the same day you press the button.
There's lots of movement from the enemy and as you down Helghast and your tanks push up a hill or ISA troops swarm past you to take up advanced positions, there's a convincing sense that you're pushing the opposing force back rather than simply scrambling between trigger points, as was sometimes the case with the last game.
Whether close up or off in the distance, Killzone 3 is also an even better-looking game than its celebrated predecessor. There is a cartoonier edge to the visuals, especially character models, and the almost kaleidoscopic impact of Guerrilla Games' various visual filters continues to saturate even the greyest gun metal with flashes of unexpected colour. Facial animation is a bit dodgy in places, but animation overall is excellent and nobody else does smoke and explosions quite like this either.

You'll have to wait until February to find out. Another hour of gameplay still leaves us with lots of questions to answer (like where is Sev getting all this hair gel?) but while the campaign appears to be offering few real surprises at this stage, it's doing so in spectacular fashion. Thanks to a few nips and tucks this is now a very playable blockbuster first-person shooter as well as a rather dashing one.

I was REALLY hoping for online co-op - I love working through campaign mode with the help of a friend. I guess as long as your friend lives close, this is still possible.
