That really sucks that the story seems disjointed. I guess we will see at the end of the month how it plays out.

Bit of a letdown about the story, but I played the KZ2 story for maybe 6 hours or so total.

I am interested in the online play so I am happy with what I have played so far. They improved it, without changing it too much. Bullets do more damage than they did in KZ2, at least it seems that way.

I get the same feeling.

It's okay and the controls are much improved for my tastes from Killzone 2, but I don't know if I'm willing to spend $60 on this game. If I can find it cheaper later or something I'd like to have it.

I just wish you could buy just the multi player I don't care much for the campaigns.. but the multi player is a lot of fun.

How do I use a jetpack? I like this game way more than I liked Killzone 2. It looks like I might get it on release date.

I think it is class based. You can unlock it by playing as a Tactician. Pretty sure it is L1 with the default control scheme.

I am a tactician, but when I press the button I just crouch. Also how do I capture those red box things?

You must not be using the default control scheme (L2 Makes you crouch). Use the Melee button.

Not sure what red boxes you are talking about. I have only played as an engineer so far.

The open beta does not have any levels with a jetpack in them... the jetpacks are level based and have nothing to do with the class...

The game relies on tacticians... if you have a good one you will win

Earlier, I connected with no issues and I just tried to get on again and it keeps having some sort of network error.

Me neither. Probably just server overload. Try again when it's later in the evening
