GG's mikenoob, kev, and mush - helped me get a bunch of the 2 and 3x's, and also some fun with the versus challenges. Frustrating as hell having to turn my controller off every few minutes to escape a loading screen, but at least it stayed connected this time.

So what are the new dynamics? Someone mentioned grappling hooks, but anything else? Are the paintball guns in the default game, or do you still need to download the Metal Gear Solid pack?

Grappling hook, Grabinator (grab and throw things, basically), and Creatinator. Creatinator is special because it's basically a wearable emitter. It can do pretty much anything the paint gun can and much, much more.

You still have to have the MGS pack to create a level with Paintinator (I think), but if you don't have it you probably won't miss it anymore.

I think LBP2 has water standard (without the pirates pack), but I'm not 100% on that.

Hehe...that was the creatinator. Although I'm kinda curious how they got the cake graphic on top of it.

Cakeinator is a perfect example of what the creatinator tool is capable of.

Edit: And now I know how they got the cake on there - Stickers and decorations can be stuck onto the surface of the powerup, and when you pick it up they'll be on sackboy's helmet!

GG last night guys. I forgot how much I enjoyed playing LBP, and this game is only better. The grappling gun is awesome.

Go to your moon and select one of the areas. That takes you to the level create area. If you like you can pick up the LBP1 or 2 guide books and they have sections just on creating.

The Grabinator is incredible. I was having a blast picking up and chucking my friend into prize bubbles last night.

Haha, I was doing that last night with kevin, mush, and bcruise. It was by accident too! I thought I picked up one of those cupcake things but ended up tossing them into the prize bubbles. There were times though where I or someone else threw someone to their death.

Some of the levels are absolutely stuuning in details and complexity. Evertime i start to create one in looks like Lincoln logs compaired to the games. Lol

LOL. It's true though. there are some good user created levels but none of them are to the level of the ones in the game but that is to be expected I guess
