I hate all Fighting games but love Marvel so im watching this game.

Lots of funny in that vid - didn't want to watch it all the way through because it'd spoil some of the surprise though.

I didn't want to watch all of it either but something tells me that there are more than just what's in that video. From playing devil may cry, I would assume dante would have a few but I don't recall seeing him even once. Also, I don't think morrigan had any or hsien ko. I would think that they would throw at least 1 or 2 in there for everyone and probably a bunch for people like deadpool or spider man who are known for talking so much.

But I could be wrong lol.

Oh he is unlockable Deft. Saw some secret videos on him. From what I heard he has a couple of specials. The "Do you know who I am" and the "Do you know how old this girl is" specials are easy to deflect apparently. But his "I have the transcript of your conversation" level 5 special is unblockable and instantly kills any male fighter in the game. Unfortunately, none of his moves cause any damage to the female characters in this game .

What can I say, I'm feeling like a cornball tonight lol.

Comparing these to those make absolutely no sense, whatsoever.

As for fighting games with demos:

Virtua Fighter
Tekken
Practically every single SF on XBL/PSN
MvC2

At this point, you're arguing just to argue. You're letting common sense escape you that somewhere out there, someone would be expecting a demo for such a hyped up game as it's the norm for just about ANY game. While I understand SF4 didn't have a demo, asking why someone would expect a demo is being obtuse to the entire industry, regardless if it's a "Capcom Fighting game."

Thanks for the info. I wholeheartedly agree with the reasoning. I was unaware that demos had an effect on the final version of a game. Knowing that, I dont need demos for anything if the devs could utilize that time to further polish their final product.

I'm really loving the guys confidence level also. He's pretty much saying that capcom fighting games are so badass they dont need to release a demo lol. Thats some real **** I must say. He's right though, I haven't really run across a garbage capcom fighting title in a while. Their rep is pretty much cemented.

You all are probably going to think I'm insane for saying this but here goes. I would've taken an HD remake of the MvsC2 before this most definitely.

MvsC3 is of course a day one purchase, but an HD of the previous title would murder this game man.

Are there individual endings to this or what? I was just going to rent it but there's a trade-in deal I can do to trade 2 and get this but if there's no single player replay value I'll stick to the rental.

Yes, the endings are art stills and text overalys, and not fully animated and voiced like SSFIV though.

There are individual endings. However each ending only consists of two still images with captions under. I was very disappointed to see this. With that being said though, if you're a big fan of marvel in general you might be excited to know that there are a lot of cameos in the endings. The cool thing is that its almost always a capcom character interacting with a marvel character that's not in the game.

I don't want to spoil it for anybody but ill give an example no one will really care about just to give you an idea of what I mean. I can't put a spoiler box up here using my phone so if you want to be completely surprised when you play the game don't read any further......














But seriously, this was a lame ending anyway so it shouldn't matter.....














At Felecia's ending she talks about being on tour and meeting new people all around the world. Then she starts talking about how she made friends with a girl named Dazzler. Then they show the two of them on stage together performing. Obviously, they have much cooler characters in the other endings but overall there wasn't enough there.
