Deadpool is awesome, Its impossible to play as him and not laugh. I love the fact that he moonwalks while moving back.

Man I know the gameplay is wide open...but its pretty easy to own a button masher....

This game is awesome, im loving learning the characters....

I don't really consider myself a gamer anymore but I picked up the SE. The guy at EB said I should have pre-ordered it at least 3 months ago if I wanted a copy.............. Every place I went to was sold out except for FS. The quality of the art book is a lot better than I expected. It's glossy.

I'm basically button mashing and pulling off huge combos.

I've never heard of half of the characters in the game. Where's Vega, Guile, Gambit, Beast, Venom, Cyclops, etc...? I hope the DLC characters aren't more than $2.50 each and Capcom doesn't force us to buy them in packs of 2.

Ive gotten in like 2 ranked games since I got the game this morning...

I put in SSF4 to make sure it wasnt me...

Had a pretty good online start....ill attribute it to luck....

pulled of a sick air combo into super ftw comepletely by accident lol

ive been sticking to what i know...Spidey Cap and Iron Man

Switch out Spidey for Doom and see how that goes.

Well, I'm awaiting my amazon order. I'm going to go ahead and give it some play time but I'm still seriously pissed off at the roster, or lack of a roster I should say.

Its going to be difficult to not get angry while I'm playing this while imagining Gambit, cyclops and venom being in.

Gonna be more pissed off when you find out how awful some of them are.

How do you switch out characters during the middle of a battle? I can't seem to figure it out.

Is this game that good? What is everyone's overall imprasion of the game? I'm on the fence only because all the other games coming out, I'm not sure if I'll have time to play this. Also, I'm not sure if I want the 360 or ps3 version.

I'd say it's about a 7 or 7.5 though I will add most of my fav top Capcom and Marvel characters are entirely missing.

Man, I have many games with things I thought could've been better. Doesn't really mean I dont enjoy them.

Its similar to Madden. I love the hell out of some Madden, but it really could use real time physics, see what I mean?

Same here, Its MvsC man. Thats a no brainer, first day buy. Know what I'm going to say next, you guessed it....they failed for the lack of characters. Boy oh boy I cant wait for my order lol.

Yes he does, but he is good offensively especially with streaming together combos, I like zero on this game he is fun to use.


I am having a blast playing this game, I really like it although the roster is smaller than what I hoped for and they left out a good deal of characters that should have made a return to this game, and they added in some very questionable ones that really should have been left out (hopefully they get smart and add a nice amount as dlc over time). But, overall it's a very good addition to the vs series and loads of fun but like all fighting games it lacks game modes so re-playability is limited unless playing with friends or online. I'd give it an 8.5 like most reviews have. Not fully a classic like mvc2 though.

Just noticed the character bios you unlock have their stats.

I figured out the side story so far but I'm still not sure what the main one is.

The Bionic Commando guy is bad as his game. Dunno about stats wise but in game.

Ok, I'm pulling the trigger tomorrow. I'm just unsure on which version to get. The 360 or ps3. I don't think there's any differeneces so I'm not sure which one I want. Leaning towards the ps3 version as of now.

Clearly the character bio stats have no actual bearing in game as Pheonix has max stamina.

Just finished running some rounds against Darlon and Born and had a lot of fun. Born beat the hell out of everybody like he does in Street Fighter but it was still fun. Pretty enjoyable game, I'm not mad at the purchase.
