Downloaded them earlier today,i like the 4 new mutliplayer maps.the new zombie map,thats a whole other thing.IMO,its too big and i really get tired of the big guy with the hammer thingy chaseing me around.it makes it really hard to focus on the zombies......but thats just my two cents.

Played a little bit of the new maps, altogether I haven't played enough to make a solid conclusion but I am liking them better than the First Strike ones so far.. which is good. All the maps seem pretty big.

I only did the new maps in combat training. I like them considerably better than the First Strike, but it remains to be seen how they play out.

I am curious to see what sales figures are that come out of it, as I think they made it too quick to get to 15th. I have 8 days in on the game and am almost to 10th prestige whereas on MW2 I had 14 days played and only made it to 6th or 7th.

My feeling, and it has been happening to people I used to play with, is that people have maxed the game out already, so there is no real incintive for those to keep playing (those that go through the prestige system), so why buy the maps. I think if I get to 15th prestige before the 3rd map pack comes out, I won't buy it.

As far as whether you should buy the maps (for multiplayer, not zombies) or not, though I have not played them competitvely yet, if you are going to play A LOT then they are worth it, if you play only an hour or two a week, then I would hold off.

Once I get to 15 that is when I'll actually start trying to get all the pro perks instead of just Sleight of Hand and Ghost each time. That should keep me interested for a while longer. Plus the map packs themselves always rejuvenate my interest.

Yeah that is why I am interested to see. Just looking at last night, when the First Strike map pack came out there was like a million people online on that Tuesday. Last night there was only 400k.

I played 4 maps last night..very nice..not amazing, but the elevator map is pretty sick. It reminds me of a bigger version of the boat map in COD4 that everyone hated, but this is far better since there are multiple ways to get from one end to another.

Just like the boat map, once you get get into their spawn area, its a stealth kill festival.

Well I finally got around to finishing campaign mode. Great storyline. This one definitely seemed longer than previous COD games.

It's weird that I am posting again about the maps..lol. They are actually really good. I take months off from COD and reemerge for the map packs along with my friends.

Highly recommend these maps.
