Re: Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood
Only review I've seen today sounds good

Good to hear the single player continues the great story as I don't have much interest in multi-player.Comment

^ Has a 90 on metacritic based on 15 reviews currently.
LOL, I didn't know that your character from ACII actually carried over. I just started and already have a buttload of money and my guy has my sweet outfit from ACII. That's pretty cool and all, but I hope it doesn't make the game any easier.
EDIT: ha ha, never mind.Last edited by CC; 11-16-2010, 03:10 PM.Comment

Re: Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood
This game wins the smallest ever instruction book. It is just 1 page and then it says if you want the instruction book you can either download it off their website or read the instruction book on your tv screen when you insert the disc.
WOW.........
Guess companies must forgot people actually like having a PHYSICAL instruction book to read. And why should I have to USE MY OWN PRINTING PAPER for a PHYSICAL instruction book ?
Seriously if they going to start going that route then they need to start dropping the price of the games. Not fair having to pay $60 for a DISC ONLY.Comment

Besides, it was mentioned here awhile ago that Ubi was getting rid of instruction books for their games.
Anyways, about this game, it looks really interesting, but I never finished ACII. For some reason I just never got sucked into it. I beat the first one, and even though ACII was much, much better, it just couldn't hold my interest.
I think it'll be best for me to wait on this anyways since I can see how well the online portion plays out.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Its not too thin and not too thick. You get the support your body needs.

I don't think a lack of an instruction booklet should take off $10 (or more) from a game's price.Would be nice though...

Re: Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood
Just read the Kotaku review. Wow, this actually sounds really good.
This part was the most interesting to me:
3) anyone who couldn't get into Assassin's Creed because of its poor combat system (they fixed it), 4) and those hungering for a game that can, if desired, be played as a zero-tolerance, hide-the-bodies stealth adventure like the old Splinter Cells.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Re: Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood
I can't wait to try out killing people without alerting anyone. It sucked that even the stealth kills filled up that meter in AC II.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment
