There's no way I'm starting with Warrior this time considering how many of the playable characters were warriors in the first game. There were 2 rogues, 2 mages and 6 warriors..

I only remember 4 warriors & you can only roll with 3 depending on what you did with Loghain. Unless you consider the Dog & Shale, though technically they were warriors but I would consider them unique characters cause their talent tree was made for only them.

Anyways, this time I will go with a 2-Hander Warrior. Nothing like smashing some heads with a huge hammer.

I am digging my Arcane Warrior Mage on DA Origins. But I may try out a different Mage on DA2.

I am on my first play through on Origins and will certainly do a second one after I finish DA2. Then Skyrim should be here by that time.

I love being a Mage. To me having the power of destruction type magic is a trip and a half. Once your willpower and magic are leveled up....you are a god.

RPG heaven this year along with NBA2K11 still going strong!

The Giant Bomb Interview was good. He asked a lot of the key questions that most DA:O fans were concerned about. It's nice to hear they didn't overly stream line the game.

The toughest thing about DA2 is whether to put this or MLB in the PS3 first. Because something is not getting played on the 8th.

I'm very much enjoying this title. By the way, is there any way I can change my characters name and features after I've started the game?

I'm using a dark elf archer (who also will wield two scimitar blades) right now and didn't think about the name until after I actually started the game. He's a darkskinned elf and I'm about to change his hair color to all white.

Description. Darkskinned elf. All white hair. Scimitar dual wielder. Archer (by my own design).Can anyone guess the name I'm about to give him? If you're into fantasy movies/books you'll know immediately.

Had your Warden sacrifice him or herself and are planning on going forward that way?

I'd like to, but I'm thinking maybe I should reload the save and have Alister sacrifice himself before I tackle Awakenings, Witch Hunt, and then DA2. I get the feeling that the continuing story, ala Mass Effect, might be more fun as opposed to just saying "he died, now let's move on".

Thoughts?

Im thinking the same.

I actually have several saves before The Landsmeet & the reason is so I can see all the endings. I know, nerdy but might as well get the most of it. But at the end I'll end up taking the ending where Morrigan saves me. I think that will add more to the story in the future, if she ever appears again!
