Has anyone else finished the campaign besides me?
Seems like everyone else was just jumping into MP.
Personally, my thoughts on it. There are some issues and bugs. Overall I felt like they were TRYING to be like COD. Not just from the storyline, but certain effects and the way the story played out.
I mean for god sakes there is a character in the story named Kamarov = Makarov?
With that said, I didn't mind the similarities, because personally the over the top theatrics and story is what drives me to the COD campaigns and it definitely drove the BF3 story. However, you can tell it was kind of a secondary priority. It was relatively short and predictable. Wish these games would focus more on creating an immerse campaign experience as well because you know, some people still play them. One of the reason I love the COD campaigns because the story keeps me involved.
Can't wait to get online with this game. Hopefully the online issues that people seem to be struggling with are resolved. Don't want another BF2.Comment

Just finished playing 4 hours online. No server issues, on the PS3 by the way. Some of these maps are really hard! The first thing I did with some of these maps was I just ran around to get the lay of the land. You definitely need teamwork in this game which is hard to do with randoms playing.
I have a question when you join a platoon on battlelog, is there a meeting place or lobby to meet in game to get on the correct map? I am lost with this part.“The saddest part of life is when someone who gave you your best memories becomes a memory”Comment

Took me 1 rush game to get acclimated back into BF. After that, it was awesome. Don't know what happened to some guys tonight, I had a great server.Too Old To Game Club

No localized voices for the Rooskies? I tried changing it to Russian and it pretty much changed the American voices as well. I hate hearing Russians trying to speak English.

Played multiplayer for three hours after getting back from work. I had a lot of fun when the game worked as intended, for about the first hour and a half. After that I was experiencing some serious rubberbanding and it made the game unplayable.Lux y VeritasComment

In my experience, every AAA multiplayer shooter of this generation (with the exception of the Halo games) has been riddled with day one online issues. Not surprised at all that this is happening.Comment

Caspian Border (stopped playing Beta before they opened up the map for everyone) is amazing and overwhelming at the same time. So much is going on and I have no idea about the map itselfAaron
