I would hate to have to cheat at a video game. Just sad.

I wish there was a way to flag them to EA. I don't understand how they can have a bazillion kills but nobody has deaths?

Speaking of headsets

The official PS3 one ($99 or a little cheaper on Amazon) is incredible. Especially the surround sound--you actually hear where shots/explosions/etc are coming from

One thing I don't like is I can never tell if the mic is working. The little speaker thing doesn't show up next to my name but I was talking to people so it was obviously working

I have never been good at these games, but this one looks amazing so I bought it. Played for a while online and realized I am even worse than imagined. I barely see enemies, but they seem to have no problem seeing me. I think I have on kill in 3 games, but I have helped defend and capture some flags. Still, I am obviously missing something. What am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure why reviews are somewhat panning the single player, sure it's not any different than your standard COD'ish type of affair plot wise but with how the game is presented not only graphically and sound wise (wartapes best idea for a sound system ever btw) it's so beyond anything COD has felt for actually feeling real.

Not only can you AI squadmates actually hit enemies (though a knock against is they sometimes get stuck or fail to fire at targets) but there's enough breaks in the action that it's not a constant firefight for the entire game. For example there's a mission a couple missions in where you're the gunner in a jet and you actually get briefed, walk to the tarmac of a carrier, get in the plane, run systems checks etc. The presentation is supurb imo and really immersive.

Loving this game so far, the mp is fantastic, especially with playing with folks from OS, teamwork makes the game great and the way the unlock system works it makes the player feel acomplished by a constant stream of upgrades and new toys to play with.

Puts COD to shame at least in my opinion and I actually like COD.

This game is awesome. I'm one of the few who like the single player (especially after the train tutorial). The multiplayer is the best I've played.

Not much else to say except I highly recommend getting headphones.

oh man I still mix this up with the knife attack whenever I play on the 360....I charge up to get a nice knife kill and I end up throwing a grenade instead...

You are correct. With Default, it is left bumper. I think it's RB with the southpaw layout.

I'm right there with you bro. I had to turn the brightness up higher than what they actually specified (the barely visible crap). My word of encouragement is just keep playing. The more you play the better you get at seeing things. I have to learn not to get pissed, because I know I'm not as good as most of the guys killing me. I just have to have fun with it.

With a controller in my hand I could do these without thinking, it's when it comes down to trying to repeat it out loud. Kind of like typing, I can type anything but if you asked me what keys are on the top row I'd be stumped. LOL
