Conquest is your best bet to see the most vehicles.

My brother in law accidently became invincible. He was revived 3 times during a firefight and then he became uneffected by bullets. He killed 5 or six guys and ran out of ammunition.

The other team tried to shoot at him and it wasn't working so someone ran up and stabbed him to death. Has anyone else seen this?

Good thing, according to battlelog, a server side update is coming tonight... It mentions rubber banding as one of the main fixes.

I haven't been on in 2 days due to a busy family schedule, but I'm starting to have withdrawals lol.

call ea and give them the code you got with the game, they then will most likely give you another one. pending what they find when looking up the code that dont work for you.

So I am thinking about getting Battfield 3 today and not COD, so what do I have to watch out for in terms of cheese? Is this more slow paced/methodical than COD? What should I expect.

Coming from someone that just played COD before buying this game, I would say there is a bit of a learning curve. It should be a much more methodical paced game than you're used to, but of course no one forces you to do so. The problem is that you will get smoked if you try and run and gun like COD.

It seems like the classes have a bit more significance than COD. It's not like if you like sniping you snipe, or if you like close quarters you go heavy, etc. The classes actually mean something in that you have to use your specific abilities for your team to be successful. If you are an Engineer, you definitely need to be around to fix vehicles. If you are Recon, you better set up that radio beacon for the mobile spawn point to give your team a better shot on the huge maps. If you are support, you need to hang around the guys that are doing the killing and resupply their ammo. If you are Assault (medic), you need to keep dishing out those medic packs and reviving folks on the front lines.

If your team plays as a team, they will be practically unstoppable. If your team is just a bunch of Lone Wolfs trying to up their K/D ratio, you will lose (outside of Team Deathmatch that is).

Good way of putting it.

I'll add that things can get really hectic in BF in the objective games when there's armor and aircraft and 24 players running around (360) lol.

Yeah several of us on the PC side experienced this last night even though we were squadding up. Our team was doing almost nothing for several rounds and we were losing every one, so we just decided to defend one objective and hold it (and it was a struggle to even do that with most of the rest of the team nowhere in sight).

On top of that we had our own AA shooting down our Jets and Helis...fun stuff.
