I finally used the scar a little and it really is deadly.

I've said it once or twice, but I feel like the pistols are just right.

Depends on the pistol I think. Because I can unload almost half a clip with the G17 and take a guys health to only 43%, while he one/two taps me with a SCAR (close range). Even when I had the jump on him.

And the ballistics should be no different on the various 9mm handguns.

I try the 1911 and it seems just as bad. .45 cal I should not have to empty a clip (7-8 rounds) per player. Close range should be 2-3 shots max.

I am sure the "boosts" and "nerfs" will be slight. And not starkly contrasted.

It's true I'm not all that good (unless I'm with the OS guys, then we kick ***, score-wise at least ), but I spent a lot of time in near-empty conquest servers trying to learn how to fly the jets and get enough points to unlock heat-seekers. As you'd expect, that really does a number on score per minute.

It should get better now that I'm actually playing the ground war - I just wanted to be able to use the jet effectively if I ever had a chance to fly it.

I have to say that I am a little disappointed with the LMGs. I feel like they don't really have the firepower and damage that they should. After using the M249 SAW for awhile and then switching back to the m416, I feel an obvious advantage with the assault rifles.

I'm having this problem right now, I can fly it and shoot up a tank (never get the kill, but without having missiles (flares), I'm at a huge disadvantage.

That is mainly because LMGs are suppression based weapons. Assault Rifles are precision based.

Other games have gotten LMG so wrong, where you can Rambo the things like your carrying an UZI or a pistol, jumping around, headshotting, etc.

This game seems to get it right, where you use it to lay down cover fire. Just as they are used in real life. Even more so with a bipod.

This why it is in the "support" class.

I love using the M4 but I absolutely hate going against someone else that;s using it as well. The PP-2000 just didn't do it for me, moved on after giving it a chance for 2 or 3 maps.

Lag is starting to kill this game for me. Unloading almost full clip to kill someone, screen stuttering, I get hit two or three times and I'm dead. Dedicated servers are proving to me that they are no different than p2p servers. The only gun that is semi effective is the Shotgun? I have to add that I'm playing TDM matches.

I think im going to set up a OS game for saturday night, after football and we could try to get a team full of OSers.

Not sure how they calculate the skill point in BF3, but in BC2 the highest was 200. I'm well pass that at 341. I'm not even sure what it's supposed to represent.



This is definitely the best graphic on that site, they included most of the stats into one simple little bar, while others have one bit, but not another.

I guess it's not capped at 200 in BC2. The game itself only displayed 200 as the highest, but these stat sites show differently.

My skill points are like on a roller coaster. They are all over the place.
