FOR THE FOLKS WITH THE PS3 and the NEW UPDATE: Do you notice less people using the IRNV scope now that it has been nerfed?? This is the one thing that is killing my fun. Not sure how a 1x scope can have the range of a 8x scope but it does. This scope completely elimintates any crawling in grass thus making a map like Metro a pure run and gun. Please tell me this has been toned down immensely.

Secondly. Are you still fairly accurate when holding the trigger down from distance?? They said they were going to make burst firing more of a premium? What do you folks see? Thanks is advance.

Doesn't every console/pc have the update?? Don't you notice it yourself playing the game? I'm positive it wasn't just a ps3 patch. The game feels the same to me. I'm not changing the way I'm playing. I can't comment on the accuracy from holding the trigger at a distance as I never do. I do notice that I have yet to see an IRNV user since the patch that came out weeks ago. I never tried to use it once myself, don't know how different it is now.

360 folks did not receive the same patch that you recieved when the Karkand maps came out.

There was no patch when it came out. We downloaded the DLC which was approximately 1.3 GB and started playing when it finished.

Not to sound all uppity and what not...

It's a little bothersome to me to have people called idiots and losers just because they aren't as good at the game as some of you all are. I understand that it might be frustrating. Totally get that. There's always going to be less skilled players than some of you. But that doesn't make them idiots.

I consider myself a pretty good basketball player. When I play a game of pick up and have a guy on my team that isn't at my level, I don't think any less of him. They may make a few mistakes while playing with me. But that's fine and something I'm OK with as long as their trying their darndest.

I think it's a little much to expect every player to be as skilled as some of you are is all.

There are a lot of mature youngsters on this site, but in the video game culture that is a rarity. Most seem to be so out of touch with how you treat people in the real world that they carry that mentality over to the virtual one.

Calling another person an "idiot" because they don't take the game as serious is just pathetic regardless of the age of the person. Great analogy, with Basketball. I am convinced that the mute function has kept me playing online games. I don't like when people talk ****, because you know if they saw you in person they wouldn't say a word.

EDIT: DICE should include a tutorial to cut down on the idiots.

I didn't like the map too much when the game was first released, it started to grow on me though. I just wish if my Russian teammates would help me watch the back escalators stopping anyone from running to A. That's the #1 reason why teams will lose B and never see inside the station ever again. For whatever reason everyone assumes the Americans will stick to just the side steps and the front escalators and allow anyone to run up the back set to gather up A. When that happens, everyone goes into a panic mode and runs back for A giving up B in the process. If the team knows how to defend the three entrances, game over.

I dont normally get too jazzed about one particular game but last night I had a riot blowing up tanks with C4, I ended up taking down 6 tanks. A some of you know My GT is Earlwolfx http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3...2535/2/563663/

My favorite tank kill was when I put C4 on a tank, the driver saw me do this and jumped out, I then got into his tank and took a shot at him. I missed, hopped out and ran into a building, He jumped back into the tank then BOOM! I wish I was in the room with him, I bet he broke his controller.
