Every time you guys talk dirty about the USAS I die a little inside...Lol. I used it since the beginning and have always been a shotgun fan in every game I can remember. Rainbow 6, GRAW, COD, etc....

I will be the first one to say though when something is OP however. Like the Battlefield 3 USAS Frag, Bad Company 2 slugs, MW3 Striker...etc.

I dont mind getting killed by the USAS.....Its when I get killed by the USAS with Frags or a USAS with a scope on it I rage. If I get killed by the buckshot its usually at reasonable distance and makes sense when you factor in other guns distance and kill range.

See that's the thing, there's supposed to be that trade-off: great close range power for almost nil beyond 30 yards. DICE even understood it when they made the pump action shotgun have a little more range than than the semi-auto ones. Yet they still though a semi-auto grenade launcher was a good idea... wtf.

I hate shotguns. They have no place in FPS IMO. They are worse than "bad luck" deaths. It's like "WTF just happened!...oh it's that little F***** with a shotgun." I just want a fair chance every time I confront someone head-on and not see my health go from 100%- 2% in one shot.

I don't get frustrated when someone kills me with an assault, carbine, pdw or whatever but when shotguns are on my KillCam it just ticks me off lol.

OS is still reppin on XBOX too. Jistic & I in our last game last night. I do wish we had an Xbox clan though, it sounds fun.

Been out of the loop for a whole week due to work and man do i miss playing. Will be back in full swing tomorrow night. How did the clan match go?

I didnt even visit the boards for a week because i knew i couldnt play and have been going through withdrawal.

I CANT wait until tomorrow night when i get home...

Yep we're on almost every night. There's a few more that pop on from time to time. Plus a banned OS'er who I always ran with in BC2 jumps on from time to time. There's another OS dude I see on there with Koolie but I don't know who he is.

Dan I find it interesting how much better your numbers are on PS3 than 360. Is it the controller? Is the competition any different? Just curious.

It's true, jistic and Koolie together is bad news for the other team. Very good players!

I was on 360 last night too...I tried to get in wit ya Koolie, but your team was full.

Mike pretty much answered your question, Jistic. I took my lumps on the 360; started off just awful with .2 something KDR and didn't know my head from my ***, LOL. It was all learning curve, and out of the almost 55 hours I've played on 360, more than half of that was me playing with randoms. Only 30% or so of the time I was playing with OSers as guys kinda stopped playing.

So, jumped on PS3 with almost 50 hours experience on 360...learned the controller, and always play with OSers and now I'm nearly decent, haha.

I still have things I want to accomplish on my 360 version so you'll still see me on there. I'll be sending you a FR for 360 if that's allright.

About the USAS, when you die, if they had another gun...would you have died? The guns are annoying, but with the size of the battlefield. If you're getting killed close range..might want to be a bit more mindful or equip better close range weaponry.

But to get shot in the back, side, from 5 ft away...you would have died anyway.
