Double XP doesn't affect the match score which determines who's MVP. All the extra points from awards, unlocks, medals, and DXP aren't factored. It's the final score that shows up on the scoreboard.

After the first double xp weekend, I decided to forget about the stats. Although I haven't played much during the events, I just don't have much reason to try and bring it up anymore. Currently at around 640 and going up real slow.

Also, I didn't know that round was hardcore last night. I placed c4 in the building with the bomb plant and blew up 3 of my teammates while getting no kills... Switched over to assault as I didn't want to risk that again.

Lol, I saw that kill feed. I thought, damn Mike didn't know either.

Regarding that doublexp and mvp, Chase might have to disagree. On Sunday night, he finished on the top in points on the server twice. I finished 2nd in points, and I got the MVP ribbon. The first time it happened, I said to the entire team, how the hell did I get the MVP ribbon? At that time we had 6 OSers on and we all saw that the double xp made my score somehow tally higher to determine MVP. On the scoreboard it was still Chase on the top of the list, but the ribbon went to me.

That was the first time I noticed that. It was also the first time Double XP only counted for Premium members.

It doesn't show up on the scoreboard, but double XP is factored before the awards are handed out in the post-game screen.

We witnessed it happen multiple times, last double XP weekend that was for premium only. I'm one of the few non-premium guys so I was on the receiving end of it a few times...

It's not a make or break problem, but it is still a problem. If this isn't the case, then it must be something else, because people everywhere are having the same issue.

I'm not too concerned about racking up awards, but it's still a huge oversight on Dice's part, if it's true.

yep, Donny even snaked an MVP that night when the match showed he was in 4th place but somehow he was awarded the MVP.

I also didn't know that the XP was factored into the ribbons. I always skip what ribbons I got, so I guess that's why I never even thought about it.

Nuni, no problem on leaving last night. It was just one of those nights for us. I got killed and then I saw that same guy knife you. I spawned and was then waiting for you and you were nowhere to be found. A rage quit was certainly deserved with the way our games were going.

Sylentman and KtoD, enjoyed playing with you guys as well.

Are you sure it wasnt 7,300 hours. Thats 304 days.

73000 hours isnt even possible. Its 3041 days, about 8 1/2 years....-_-.

Jeebuzzz, 7300 hours is not possible either, is it? The game has not even been out 304 days.

Even 730 hours invested would be pretty fanatical....but possible.

My bad I was under the assumption that double xp gets added after they calculate your total score with awards and not affecting the mvp award at all.

Those dog tags are glitched and count the seconds. So 73,000 seconds
