    Re: Battlefield 3

I always wanted to roll with a side car in real life. Whoever my passenger is has to wear leather cap and goggles though.

My game is no where near where it was a couple of months ago. I think its the long breaks I have had with this game during the summer. Whereas I used to play almost daily now I can miss a week here and there. I have also been trying to have more fun with this game then always trying to win. Rubble kills only has been my flavor on Siene crossing a couple of times.

I've been playing and finished Assassins Creed Revelations over the past couple of weeks along with RTTS in MLB 12. Felt good to get a change of pace from BF3 but took it's toll on my game.

Honestly, just be as helpful to your squad mates as possible.

At least, thats what I did when I picked it up. This was my first 1st Person Shooter...EVER. Lol

I started off just being as helpful as possible since I was absolutely terrible at shooting. But I still managed to earn a good amount of points and help my team because I would do all the other things that dont take as much skill (reviving teammates, supplying health packs at all times, spotting with the MAV, capping flags, repairing, etc).

Just following these guys around helped me learn how to play even though I was just riding their coattails. Now I feel pretty confident handling my own.

If anyone gets back on, shoot me an invite.

I was hoping to get home in time to play, but I signed on about an hour ago and you guys had your 8 for Sqd. Rush.

Just been running around in TDM unlocking and trying new guns.

Really, I've just been doing a lot of trolling. Setting up spawn becons behind the tracks on Noshar.. and coming behind people and taking their tags multiple times. I need a dog tag that says "trolololol".

Used the SKS, AS Val, 870, DAO, M4, and QBZ.. so you know I'm bored.

I may shut it down soon and play some NCAA or something if no one signs on.. **** playing CQ or Rush by myself.

Finally spent a little more time in the scout chopper to get the service star. Now I need to finish up jets!

I've been flying fairly well, the past few attempts at piloting a jet.

I can't get many kills, but I destroy other jets and helicopters.

Yeah when we get a good skype recording then the 1st one will come. We've only had one and looking back at the video recording and the skype call it would most likely confuse ppl so I'll save it for a later episode in the series. But we have to hook up soon again.

I started using the AN-94 about a week ago and DAMN this thing is a BEAST!!! It is very hard to pick up and use but if you take the time to learn it my god it is deadly!!!

I am averaging a kill every 1min 12 secs in the time spent with it. I am getting to the point like Chizzy where I can quickly know what will kill and move on to the next target before the kill tag is shown. I have went on some of my better streaks with this weapon also, running in a room and just dropping 4 or 5 guys.

I can see why people shy away from it because it does have more of a learning streak than the other automatic weapons. If you can sit through the rough start and get some more suitable unlocks for the weapon, you can really wreck ****.

I had two games this week where I had 50+ kills on a regular ticket server. I normally sit around the 20+ mark, but lately with it been averaging in the 40+ mark. Excellent kill range, beast accuracy, and great kill power!

I only rock the Halo sight, heavy barrel, under rail. Which I been using the 320 buck lately but switch between smoke and 320 nades also.

I have used the AN, but the KH has always been my go-to burst fire. It has a learning curve, also. The burst fire guns are awesome, once you adjust.

I've even been using the M4 with my engineer class.

I played with Phobia the other night and he got me turned onto the AN-94. I did pretty well with it for a while, but I started getting frustrated because I hate the iron sights and haven't unlocked any others. It looks like I need 13 kills to unlock the Kobra sight, so I guess I just need to suck it up take my lumps until I can get that unlock.

I just hate using new guns and sucking, when I know if I go with the M16A3 in my assault class I will finish in the top 3 and really help my team. Oh well.

Nuni, sorry about last night. I had a weird internet problem and it just went out for a while. I should be be on tonight.

Yeah, I've been messing with AN a little. I love the double tap, its so close together. How do you deal with Close Quarters situations with that gun?

Or do you just keep your distance?

edit: Your hits to kill (my favorite stat = k/h) is insane with that gun. 26% of the time you hit somebody they are going to die.

When you have crappy teammates, TDM is probably the most frustrating game mode.
