Yes you can. Tonight's midnight release is for AC, SR3, NFS and Halo CE, but you can get anything you want to.

Nice. I just looked at the Canadian Gamestop site and it only showed a midnight launch for AC so I wasn't totally sure.

And seriously, if I see anyone "dressed up".....

Actually with all the games out the dressed up bit should create an intresting looking line.

THQ sends out the physical copies early,people got it last week but can't even e-mail keys for preload. Well they weren't going to,then people complained and they said they'd look into it but I haven't gotten mine and there's 8 minutes to go.

Words. Words do not at all begin to describe this game. Like I was going to say ridiculous, but that doesn't even approach the level I've experienced in 20 minutes of awesomeness.

I got the PC version and it looks and runs great, I haven't noticed any pop-in at all. I really like the art style even though some of the citizens faces look like masks.

The intro to the game is pretty awesome and intense it gets you into the action really quickly. I started off with a male character but then changed to a female, I really like the voice of the female. Of course they did have a sing along in one car ride and that was awesome, they were cutting up and everything and really added a spark to the game for me.

Thoughts thus far:

I've put in 1 hour and 17 minutes of gameplay.

I've finished the first 4 missions, the first 3 levels of the new tank mayhem, the first 3 levels of insurance fraud, and the first level of the new Professor Genki game.

- Tank mayhem is far easier than regular mayhem (which was already fairly easy last game whenever you got a good location to destroy). Still a lot of fun to blow crap up, especially with a tanK!
- Insurance fraud seems easier as well, but it's still a great deal of fun!
- The new Professor Genki game is fun. It's a gameshow where you kill people and hit targets for bonuses. There's fire and electricity to harm you along the way as well. The commentary is hilarious, as the one guy refers to getting his convertible sprayed with crap while in Stilwater once. hehe
- The graphics are much improved over Saints Row 2 obviously. When it rains, the streets get wet and shiny.
- The car handling is as ridiculous as we've all come to know and love.

Basically this game is the tits. I'm going to easily log 50+ hours in story mode, side missions/activities, and general goofing off.

If only I could get to the pictures I uploaded from my time playing the game last night. I had quite the night in Steelport. Nothing like entering a packed strip club with a dildo bat and leaving it packed.....with dead bodies.

Unless Assassins Creed amazes me; this is my GOTY. I can't stop playing it, THQ really outdid themselves this time around, one of the funniest games I have played in a long time.

I got it from them and it got here at 930 this morning. I got the Platinum pack. Comes with the game, the music score on a cd, the Professor Genki dlc pack and a headset that you change the voice to Autotune like Zymos the pimp in the game.
