Does anyone know how to get the assassination target out where you have to grab one of the dude's fat chicks? I don't know what those women actually look like. Every one that I grab just seems to be some normal pedestrian, no matter what kinds of boots they have.

Just run around and be patient and eventually you'll find one.

It took me a while to figure out which fat chicks were the correct ones (and I still can't conclusively pick out which ones are the correct ones). In the beginning, I didn't notice that it said to "grab" the females either, so I was just killing a bunch of random women. Once I started grabbing (and ultimately tossing) enough women, the target finally came out.

I started up a new game and going the black male route with the personality that kind of reminds me of a more explicit Troy Barnes. I forgot how ridiculous notoriety and combat was in the beginning. I did manage to get the streaking challenge. People get so hostile.

That's real nice....makes you wonder what DLC stories they will add on to this game, like they did the Ultor Missions from 2.

Hey guys, I really want this game and was reading articles about it but something I read consistently concerned me.

Is it true that 90% of the content that is in the game is locked until dlc unlocks it? If so that is a very very dirty move by the developers....-_-.

No. I think it's more like 20%. One of the devs said what was in the character creator was 80% of what's in the game but there was only like 1 new item in the actual game. So that makes them dirty liars instead of just dirty.

Stuff left on the disc you have to pay to unlock:
Genki pack (which was for pre-orders,assume it'll eventually be sold)
Ultor Assassin pack (comes with the guide)
Nyte Blayde pack (comes with the season pass,does not include actual Ntye Blayde outfit)
The useful cheats
Vampire pack
Ballistics pack
Zimos pack
Unlock pack (to get story items where you make a choice)
Warrior pack
Tactical pack
Shark pack (currently released)

I think they said something about it being THQ when people were tearing into them about the cheats but I don't remember exactly.

They also said by 40 weeks of DLC they meant it'll be portioned out over 40 weeks and not something new every week for 40 weeks which explains why there's only been one thing to this point and the season pass seems so anemic.

How much of that are missions because I can live without clothes and cheats?

Honestly, I think its more the publisher than the developers. You know the publisher is looking for ways to run to the bank more so than the devs are. It does suck that they just couldn't build off the SR2 engine, but I'm not at all disappointed with the game.

No missions...all clothes,weapons,vehicles and cheats.
