someone took the PC version of GTA4 at max resolution and with HD textures and recreated a bunch of screens from GTA5 for comparison.

Hello guys! Are you excited of a tide of GTA V information? So, I've made a comparision is based on GTA V GI screens. GTA IV: PC version, all the settings are on MAX, 1920x1080. I have only an HD trees mod GTA V: PS3 version, demo.

I like the shot where the dog jumps over the car and you can hear it's feet on the hood. I know it sounds stupid, but that whole animation just looked great. I'm looking so forward to this damn game. I may take the day off work on it's release.

Would this happen every time I played? Like if I wanted to go to the mountainous region, might I have to switch discs for something like that?

No, if there are multiple discs they'll more than likely have you switch at a specific point in the story.

No, like jmood said, it is based on the story, not where you are geographically.

Thanks guys. So hypothetically, once we reach the point of the story where we must switch discs (say, to disc 2 of 2) would we then just put disc 2 in every time we wanted to play from there on out, even after we beat the game?

In theory, yeah. At this point we're kinda stacking hypotheticals though.

A day? I'm getting paid to play this game for a week. Vacation hours FTW.

It's incredible how much lighting and camera perspective can make a difference.

GTA V looks way better in those screens, although the creator did a great job of recreating those scenes.

One thing that I noticed was the physics of the car when the guy landed in it in the 3rd gif. They handled that very well. Small things In the one with the plane flying through the mountains, at the very end it looks like there might be another plane off in the distance (grey object) I wonder if that's a chase scene where you follow another plane.

                                This game is looking beautiful.
