    Yes. Yes. Yes.

There are chase scenes that can be fun. But when you realize you're just chasing to chase and there is no real value in chasing, it makes me feel like I wasted my time.

And one of the reasons those suck is the game is programmed to give the chased driver a clear path to his destination while you're driving around avoiding obstacles.

I don't mind avoiding obstacles, but it's frustrating that you can't create scenarios that force the chased driver to also avoid obstacles.

Anyway, with the switching around of characters, I'll have more options here, so that's a nice change of pace. A huge change of pace. I had this game on my no-buy list until I read that bit of information.

Speaking of which, does anyone know how switching characters will work? Is it just as simple as pressing left/right on the D-pad and it's seamless? Or do you have to press pause, go into the menu, and wait for a 30 second load to switch?

Seamless switch from what I've heard/read.

You switch and it pans out (sort of a Google Map view) then zooms back into the next character.

It is un-American to have not have played any GTA(unless parents didnt allowed it).

Heck, I am waiting for PS3 to put GTA Vice City on PSN. If it goes on PSN, I wouldnt hesitate spending $10 on it.

I am wondering if GTA will continue to have good cheat codes. My games now either dont have them or prevent you from saving. GTA Vice City and San Andreas had great cheats. The best thing about IV was that you could save them on the cell phone. For IV, I just used cheats for the vehicles.

That sucks. My dad bought my first GTA game when I was 11. Hes from camp "Just leave me alone and play whatever"

But hell when I couldnt buy my own M games I always found some black market way to get it whether you go to the "we dont give a damn" gamestore downtown or you get the game from the school hustler on the playground.

                              Same thing.

1st ever game I got when I was 5 was a M-rated game(Turok) for N64. I never beat it, heck I dont think I ever got past 2nd or 3rd level. Since then, I couldnt get into non-M rated games. Except Mario, Zelda, and Sports Games. Heck, I DESPERATELY want to play Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask again.

I wasn't that protected as a kid. I'm a middle child with older and younger sisters. My older sister couldn't watch R-rated movies until she was 16 or so. My younger sister is 18, and I still don't think my mom likes her watching R-rated movies. I could start watching them when I was 12 or 13 or so, but more of the action/horror genre and not so much the comedy ones. I don't think I would have understood many of them anyway.

As far as GTA, I could play them for as long as they existed without a problem. I don't think my parents knew exactly what happened within the contents of the game, but they know I would be influenced by the violence in these games. GTA III and Vice City didn't have F-bombs and such, so they weren't that bad anyway. Just some shooting and blood. I was 13 when GTA III came out, by the way.
