I've been following a thread from a different site for the past few days where some .gifs and user's responses to streams they were watching have run rampant. Without knowing anything about the story itself, the non-mission things I've been hearing and seeing have been absolutely breathtaking and amazing. It's just one incredible thing after another, where you can't help but wonder how putting together such an experience was even possible.

This game is going to transcend. It's a showstopper. Even to non-gamers, I imagine this game has to appear fascinating. It honestly looks as if it's everything I could have ever imagined for a GTA wishlist and much, much more. It feels unparalleled.

If they somehow survive, death will then be "after them". Like they will constantly have awkward things happen that almost kill them. Like they will be playing GTAV and their wife will start vacuuming but they wont realize cause they are A) on pain meds from the throat slash, and B) totally engrossed in the game, but uh oh, their wife ran over the cord (which by the way, is only connected cause their controller battery mysteriously went dead), which in turn causes the cord to snap out of the console and wrap around their neck. The wife doesnt realize because she is captivated by whats on the TV, as life fades to black, you look at the screen to see what has captivated her so much, she doesnt see you being strangled by the controller cord. 23, u wasnt joking. the beginning of the game is crazy and awesome. the graphics in this game is spectacular. looks like its running on 1080p but its not.

So how does the changing between characters work? I thought I read somewhere that you "hold down" the D pad? Maybe I'm missing something, but how do you "hold down" the D pad?

So how does the changing between characters work? I thought I read somewhere that you "hold down" the D pad? Maybe I'm missing something, but how do you "hold down" the D pad?

im assuming you hold down either the up, left, or right button, and then after OCT 1st, the down button to switch to your online character

Oh man... my hype level is at like 52 on a scale of 1-10. Luckily, I have a lot of things this weekend that will keep my mind off of it. I'm heading out to Cedar Point Amusement Park tomorrow, WWE Night of Champions in Detroit Sunday night, and then taking my wife and daughter to the Detroit Zoo on Monday. Midnight on Monday cannot come soon enough!


BTW, out of curiosity, how do I check to see how much space I have left on my hard drive?

Duh. Hold it in one direction.

You hold the down button on the d-pad, which will bring up the characters in the bottom right corner. Use the right stick to choose which one you want and then release the d-pad.

if you're on ps3, go to Settings tab, then scroll down the system settings, then click on system information

Is Pimpin back in the game like in GTA SA? And can you shoot hoops? I would love to randomly come upon a b-ball court and be able to shoot some basketball.

Only at certain points do they open that up to you. So far im at the first time I can switch sans the first episode
