Hell, doesn't she have kids/you guys have kids old enough to ride a bike, or walk? Make one of those little brats go.

Better yet, depending on age, just build them a treasure map that leads them to the game store. Give them the $$$ and tell them that their challenge is to bring you back the treasure for their reward. Everyone wins.

Getting in line at 8? Damn what do they have 2000 reserves?

Only midnight release Ive been to was Skyrim and it was cake walking in at 12 and staying in line for maybe 15 mins with no reserve but that was in Syracuse. Im not too excited about the lines here in Brooklyn.

Nah, they're expecting about 300 tonight.

I just think midnight releases are fun when you're with friends. I had a blast standing in the cold waiting for Halo 4, because my friends and I just sat there and talked bull**** for a while.

So no midnight release for me.

My stomach was cramping all morning and about 1'ish I got horrible diarrhea Left work at 3:30 to get some reset. I've been throwing up ever since.

So unless I make a drastic recovery, no midnight release and maybe not tomorrow. Stomach flu is the one thing that usually knocks me out of commission for a bit.

Sorry to those who got the game early and I wished horrible things on you. It looks like the video game gods did not like that.

Been playing for the past couple hours, still have yet to venture off into the country side. This city is huge. Haven't even explored it entirely yet

I'm hoping my xbox can handle it, ha. I'm a little worried after having to install NCAA. Only game that's ever happened.

I jumped on a Toys R Us preorder. Free 19.99 Rockstar game so I grabbed Red Dead Redemption. Not bad for 66 after shipping!

I wonder when it'll come in. I have Monday off so I'm not in a major rush.

So my small time store fell through and won't release til tomorrow. Amazon is shipping UPS which means 4-5pm tomorrow. Looks like a midnight trip to Walmart. Let's see if they honor their online Ad in-store.

Finally got my email from amazon. The games in Delaware and I live in south Jersey so i guess that makes sense but sadly it's UPS which gets here later in the day than USPS.

Finally got my email from amazon. The games in Delaware and I live in south Jersey so i guess that makes sense but sadly it's UPS which gets here later in the day than USPS.

Same here except coming to CT and not Jersey.

When I preordered I thought I would be working that day so it didn't really matter if it got here early in the day or not. Now there's a good chance I'll be off and just sitting around waiting. UPS doesn't usually get here until around 6.

I still remember when I asked my mom if we could go pick up Madden 2005, from Toys R Us like a half hour away, in the middle of a crazy downpour and lightning storm, and she actually said yes.

Anybody else thinking bout turning off the HUD if its possible

it would be hard navigating without it man

Also the game comes with a huge 2 foot long map so you can use that if you feel like staring at paper

Only for a bit I'd think. If R* did their job and the world is so perfect like everyone is saying then you should be able to learn it like moving to a new city.
