    Re: Grand Theft Auto V

Last night I tried to see how long I could stay alive with a 5-star wanted level. Made my way to the roof of the textile mill/warehouse that Lester used in story mode. I managed to stay on the roof of that building for over an hour before I got sloppy and a couple of guys took me out.

Anyone else do something this pointless too? I had a hard time putting the controller down. Lol

If you kill the clerk in ammu-nation and take cover behind the counter you can fight for a LONG time. Helicopters can't touch you because you are inside so it's a good spot.

I stole one of the bullet proof police vans and went nuts. Finally bailed out when I had blown all four tires.

Me and Coff played out in the open world so much that we found a perfect spot.

We basically had max stars and could hold down our spot pretty much infinitely.

I like to roll down into the hood with Franklin and just pick fights with the Ballas and the Vagos. It is better if you can get the cops to show up in the middle of a gunfight and have them start picking off all the purple. Those guys are itchy to fight anyway; just walk up to them and they go to their waistband.

The other thing I'd do to waste time is find somewhere to snipe and see how long I can stay alive while racking up a body count.

                Yep.

Trying to steal the planes and tanks from the military base is basically a mini game within the game.

A friend of mine and I spent about 5 or 6 hours straight trying to break in and out the base that Friday after the game came out.

In Red Dead Redemption, my brothers and I devised a game where we begin on the second story safehouse in Blackwater, cue up 2Pac's James Brown mashup from Django Unchained and attempt to go buck wild for the duration of the track without any extended hiding, sort of mirroring the scene from Django. Lot of fun.

Somehow, I never thought about stealing a tank. I've always gone straight for the jet.

One thing I never figured out was if you could steal a jumbo jet. Possible?

I seriouly don't think I've ever had as much fun gaming as I did when we were all on GTA nightly last year, every night was a blast.

1 thing I'd like for them to fix is when you take your Car to the Garage and get the 100% Armor, can they make sure that includes the windows otherwise that defeats the purpose of getting it.

Felt like I was wasting money when I purchased it because I was still getting shot at while in my car, driving or not.

You can steal them, IIRC. I known I've flown one of them. You just have to stand in the right spot beneath the plane to get in.

We have done that at a few places, but yea that was one of them. The best was the 2nd floor balcony of one of the homes on the road leading north from the beach towards the military base.
